Walgreens is a place to get pretty much everything you need, including prescriptions, health and beauty products, and everyday items. It is a nice, small shopping setting with reasonable prices. Many employees are helpful, polite, and understanding under stress, providing good service. However, the store faces challenges. Much of the merchandise is under lock and key, which can be inconvenient if there are not enough clerks to assist. The line can take forever late at night when it gets busy and only one person is at the register. A common downfall is people asking for money outside the store every time, which gets annoying. Some customers express frustration with these policies and delays, while others appreciate the helpful staff who resolve issues. Overall, it is a good place for convenient shopping despite these problems. Pharmacy hours are extensive, available nearly 24 hours a day.

Ordered a medication for delivery. Been 6 hours and it’s still not delivered. called the store an hour ago and was told they’ll deliver it now but an hour has passed and I still don’t have my med. (claims to deliver within an hour btw)
