Waited forever at drive thru to pickup my partially
on filled prescription only to find out that I need to come back in 3 days because they didn't run it through insurance ,they finally fixed it that day. Not a well run pharmacy!

My dad and I came in around 8:30 AM to buy Claritin, but it was locked up. We rang the bell for assistance and waited a few minutes, but no one came. I noticed a worker just walking around, not helping customers, so my dad asked her for assistance. She told us to wait a minute but continued walking around without helping. After waiting even longer with no response, we decided to leave. Terrible customer service—would give zero stars if possible. We won’t be coming back and do not recommend this place

Got to the pharmacy before close to get medications to find it already closed. Employees inside the store said it always closes 10-15 minutes prior to the posted time. Perhaps walgreens should be professional and put the close time back 15 minutes if they really close at 445pm on weekends instead of 5pm. Instead, the employee had the audacity to tell me I should come during posted hours...which is exactly when I was there...

Walked in looking for a job and as I walked passed the manager unknowingly that she was the manager (short young blonde female) she gave me a nasty look while staring at me as if she was disgusted by something, I walk over to the cashier and asked for the manager and the cashier who was nice told the manager I was looking for a job and instead of walking over to me to have 1on1 convo about availability she stood in one place using her radio and said “for him?” with an attitude and straight up lied about wether they were hiring someone or not in the pharmacy, I felt like it was racially motivated and she needs to fired asap.

Update: the lady at the cash register is rude and racist. My mom and I were waiting in line with my baby and younger brother and she decided to have a conversation with the lady paying in front of us about how “these” people will just have kids and kids. We ignored her because the cash register lady is a drug addict with no teeth. Then I came in a second time and no greeting didn’t say a word to me when I said hello. She decides who to greet and who she’s nice to, if you’re not her preferred person. You won’t be treated well by her.

I always have a bad experience. At this point they’re just hiring anybody to work. Lazy employee with an attitude and it seemed like he didn’t even want to be there.

Clipped a coupon in the Walgreens app, but it would not reflect on my purchase. It was the correct account, correct item, everything. The cashiers (one of whom was supposedly a manager) would not honor the price adjustment, even though I was clearly doing everything right, saying that "Then our drawer would be short." (Which, as a former Walgreens employee myself, I can tell you 100% that's not how it works.) They were like "Oh, well then you'd just use it again somewhere else," whereas I'm like "... it's not even working HERE, what makes you think it'll work somewhere ELSE?" Ridiculous. Never had issues with this location until now.

This pharmacy is not efficient at all.Update: 12/7/23This is a revolving door pharmacy and it sucks. You have all these “techs” back there and now one to help customers!!! I’m switching to a more efficient pharmacy.

Had the worst experience today at the pharmacy. I get me daughter’s medication shipped there for pick up. After giving the tech my daughters information she tells me there’s nothing there for her. I tell her it’s a specialty drug and to check the refrigerator. She then rolls her eyes and continues to argue with me about her medicine not being there. Finally she goes into the back , and I’m thinking she’s finally going to check the refrigerator, but no. She comes back and tells me her medication is not there. I then request to speak to the pharmacist. Once I made that request her medication magically appears. So, she didn’t even go look for her medication. The pharmacist excuse was that ,”she’s new”. So lying to a customer is something new techs do?If I didn’t make a fuss my daughter would have went without her meds today.
