Most of the pharmacy staff are very rude and unprofessional. Almost always out of stock on every medication I need and they don’t let you know until almost closing time. The lady I spoke with today seemed like she was bothered by me asking her to see if my prescription was available at another location. Very nasty attitude and a poor representation of the company.

willing to help! Employee pick and choose when to bend so called rules! They stand there and have a conversation with a family member while working the register looking a hot mess! I will be writing BBB and Corporate and whoever else about all I know about this triflin store

First time I try to come here, it's closed at 1030 on a Saturday. I love when a franchise pays there staff so little not even the managers choose to show up..

People that work in the pharmacy have no clue what they are doing, where do they find their employees from. It is slow and clear they don’t want to work there. I will look for a new Walgreen location to pick up my medication from.

These people are slow, prescriptions are not filled when the doctor sends them over. The pharmacist hates his job. The staff behind the counter will let you stand there for 10 min before they acknowledge you are there! Just got called up as I’m writing this by Latricia …she was very nice and polite. She needs to be the only person customer facing!

Every single time I try to come to this Walgreens it is closed before 10 o’clock every single time. Their Hours on Google state that they are open until 10 o’clock. One time I came in this Walgreens was closed at 9:30 when Google said it was open until 10 o’clock. It’s ridiculous! I have to go all the way to the Walgreens on the opposite side of town when I live six blocks away from this one.

The WORST Walgreens location. Super slow. Literally no basic customer service skills. Half of the time, their supplies aren’t even stocked. Avoid at all cost.

Horrible.The 2 girls there early in the mornings are cold, impersonal and do not greet the customers when they enter the store or pass by them. No “thank you’s” after a purchase either. And they think people cannot sense the dry rudeness or are impervious to their attitude.If they don’t want to serve the people who are paying their salaries then they should go do something else.The young men are always helpful, cordial and affable.Cordiality, kindness, respect and helpfulness are 90% of Good Customer Service.I’m looking at Menomenee Falls, Brown Deer or CVS.

Awful. I made a delivery order because I didn’t want to deal with door dash. I wanted to go straight to the source. What a disappointment. Order was delivered to the wrong place and I have to wait 30 days to get my money back. Really Walgreens. I really expect so much more.????
