3 day wait for my daughters antibiotics I'd ridiculous when asked about why this is not done the reply was staffing issues but they closed at least 5 Walgreens in the city where did those staff go

Why do I keep ordering medication from here? I have issues on a regular basis from them telling me that there was no prescription sent to them to telling me that my insurance doesn't cover it. I verify with my insurance company and 9/10 times it's an issue on their end.

Went into the store today saw Walgreens bath tissue on sale for $3.99 but when the young lady rung it up it was a different price. The store manager wouldn’t honor the coupon instead she argued with me.

Come to pick up photos that was ready for pick up paid online I get to the photo counter with receipt and proof of payment the employee name Trish was very un knowledgeable on how to help me and instead of helping me she told me she will not give me photos with out another payment very unprofessional and she proceeded to talk with an employee instead of trying to assist with matter I had to literally call the phone number on the receipt to get help She said the store manager savanna was not in to assist in that I can wait until Monday for further help lol! This store is 24 hr will be calling corporate to get to the bottom of this

Pharmacy lazy bare minimum if you can find somewhere better please I urge you to go to a better pharmacy with better staff they're out there you just have to look for them

How annoying to have to cancel online orders because they are never on time, I have never received a notification that my order is ready on time. Sometimes hours or even days go by and the order is at the door without being able to pick it up, what lazy employees!! !!!!!!!!!

I just came from Walgreens a guy was in there arguing with another employee there the security guard did nothing about it fired a security guard I didn't feel safe there

This Walgreens last 3 months been with many issues. Medicine never ready in time also short staff n the last 3 months they drive thru pharmacy closed n want you to come in and stand in a line with 8 to 10 folks when they can be serving those in drive thru as well service very terrible and African guy seen me in drive thru n ring the bell and it was 3 in pharmacy and they ignored me and didn't answer or say drive thru closed. And folks constantly in front begging for change n security inside chilling n conversing with workers doing nothing. I will be switching my child prescription to 24 hours Walgreens on Capitol or will go to Menomonee falls 24 hours Walgreens for good service. Or switch him to CVS where I get my medicine. I assume they be next Walgreens going out of business soon bad you got to go out ya community to get good service n no attitude or no services at all.

Customer service is horrible... Black Heavy set lady that works Sunday mornings is so mean... You speak she don't speak back... She's on the phone while she is ringing you up... No type of enthusiasm no form of engaging with the customer... Y'all need to fire her... I'm not going back in there staff too mean... They don't smile they don't speak... Feels like I wasted my time and money... Find another Walgreens if you want good customer service... Doesn't even deserve a half a star if I can leave it empty I would 0 stars
