Not good service. I went to pick up a package, the photo dept person asked me did I know what size the package was. How would I know that. I do not know how much it weighed. Smh.

06/16/24 I waited in the drive thru line for 40 min and when I come in here it’s one person working and then 3-4 girls Ina back loud talking by far worst Walgreens experience ever I would give it 0 stars if it was possible

The pharmacy is very unprofessional. They treat people like trash after waiting in line for hours and over the phone it will say your prescription is ready but they never have it filled when you get there. I asked to speak to a manager and he said if I don't like it switch pharmacies and that is exactly what I will do.

I would give ZERO stars all across the board if I could. They don't even deserve on star. The pharmacy has you on hold for way too long a time and pass you around from person to person. They half fill prescriptions. They don't tell you if your prescription is ready or if it's in. They say that it'll be ready in half an hour - I guess a half an hour equals four hours now. What ever happened to communication and customer service? This is horrible. It doesn't make any sense. I asked to speak to the manager at this location and got a person from somewhere else entirely. No one has a clue what they're doing or what they're talking about. It went from the corner of happy and healthy to the corner of incompetent and ignorant. Matter of fact, they don't know what happy is or what healthy is - they don't know anything. They pass you around on the phone from person to person, then it hangs up, and you have to call back and go through the same thing. No one has any patience, nor do they do know anything about anything.

I don't typically make reviews for stores like this but this Walgreens definitely deserved it. I came for an online pickup order. I was greeted at the door and right before I got to the pick up counter the gentleman behind the desk said hello and asked how he could help while still giving the attention needed to the customer he was checking out. Overall the staff was very friendly during my experience.I did notice the drive-thru line for the pharmacy was excessively long. Now this was after the after work rush. So I would be careful with the time you allow to pick up a pharmacy order.

THIS PHARMACY IS ABSOLUTE TRASH. THE PHARMACY HAS LEFT ME ON HOLD FOR A COMBINED 55 MINUTES. I HAVE CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES, I HAVE A SIMPLE QUESTION, AND EACH TIME THEY JUST KEEP PUTTING ME ON HOLD. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY. ZERO STARS.

Cashier was super sweet and working hard. Manager was cold and rude, yelling at customers on christmas eve. She then Proceeded to complain about how her employees were "17 years old and didn't know how to do their job". She had no kindness or compassion for any customers or her employees. She should be fired for how she treats other people.
