Pharmacy area, is just as friendly.. out of all pharmacies I’ve been to in my life.. this one outshines them all!

The store and its employees perform at a reasonable and professional level. However, the online app is without any doubt the worst designed service app ever produced. It is completely unreliable, fails to capture accurate prescription refill information, and on one occasion was going to submit a refill request for me for a prescription that I never heard of before. Captured refill information often simply disappears and has to be resubmitted. They should hook up with an Amazon engineer and develop an app that actually works with consistency.

I was in a hurry to 2 items and the pharmacy tech couldn't even help me. All I wanted to know was where was the 7-Up and she couldn't ask what I wanted! She only said she worked in pharmacy and couldn't be bothered to help me! Lousy customer service! Then upon checkout, I don't get a receipt even when I requested it... not using my Walgreens card again and I'm glad I don't work for them! Prices are always more expensive. Be careful with their Walgreens brands. It may be cheaper due to the fact that it expires sooner!!! Terrible experience!

I’ve came into this Walgreens now for 2 months. I always spend so much money here ,because I work near. There has been signs up that the bathroom is out of order and broken, they said they use the subway bathroom. I walked over to subway and they said that they’re lying and don’t let customers use their restrooms. I talked to the people in the pharmacy and they confirmed that they do use the rest rooms there , but customers cannot use the rest room. How is this legal? Especially for customers that buy things?

I absolutely love this, Walgreens I feel like it’s the best one out of all of them especially the pharmacy worker Diana. Every time I pull up, she knows my name without even me saying so and she’s so friendly whatever you’re paying her she deserves a huge raise! Thanks again for making me feel like I’m not just a number And for your excellent excellent customer service

Don't bother getting anything refrigerated or frozen while you're here. Their units have been out since summer and absurdly still are. There's a crane blocking main entrance currently with HVAC installing new unit.
