Worst worst worst service. I should move all my money to chase. At least they have time to answer. No one answers. Now I understand why I should not have 4+ accounts here. Thank you Wells Fargo for the worst service and keep it up not answering calls.

The branch manager at this location is literally the worst she has terrible energy and doesn't enjoy her job. They need to re think having her run their location.

Be prepared to spend at least a half hour for a simple transaction. Not one car left the drive through in 15 minutes today. Only 3 customers out there. It's always like this. Going inside isn't any better. Everything cannot be processed online. They definitely don't appreciate my business.

Want your money stolen? Use this bank! They are the right one for you!But seriously though, they allow scammers as customers!Any way! Let me provide a little more info. Wells Frago will do absolutely nothing to help you get your funds back if your money gets stolen or after they release your wire transfer to someone that wasn’t even listed on that transfer. They even contacted my bank and said they would put on a hold on the transfer. But yet a few days later they ended up giving the money to the incorrect person. Also they basically admitted fault because they were able to stop some funds and refunded us maybe 35%. So you would think they would need to refund us the remaining because it was their fault. But nope sorry, only scammers win in this world.So here is my next thought, maybe an employee at this branch is a scammer or part of the scam as well. Seems very likely.I’m not sure how you can release a wire transfer to someone that wasn’t even listed on the paperwork. But I guess that is today workforce. Full of a bunch of incompetent employees that can’t do their job correctly.I can’t stress this enough. Do not use this bank. Your money will eventually get stolen and they won’t do anything to help you get it back. I can promise you that.

I arrived at 423p last Thursday and the bank was already closed. This morning the bank opens at 9 and everyone goes in. Maybe 8 customers. There are 5 employees. One is at the teller, one in the drive thru. The others just standing around. So we wait. This place has the worst service. Time for a new bank.

I mean, it's a bank. Wells Fargo as an entity is one of the worst companies to ever operate in this country. Bereft of all morality. At one individual branch, the people are you and I - never had any issues with the tellers or anything. They don't have a coin counting machine which is annoying.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Scummiest bank in America, lowest rate customer service. They don't even pick up their in office phones. Overall garbage wouldn't recommend to a new banker. To current bankers I recommend closing all your accounts. They don't deal with any kind of fraud. they make accounts in your name and pull out tons of money. Just shady and scummy overall. They make it impossible to fix issues.

It’s a Saturday and there is one person helping people in line and the another for the drive up window. About 15 people waiting and getting longer. Some people walk in see the long line and leave.I usually use the drop box but I’m out of deposit slips and came in to get some. There aren’t any in the tables. Been in line now for 27 minutes. This is totally unacceptable and terrible customer service. Saturdays are busy days for a bank it should be staffed better then this. At one point the drive up teller turned around and said she didn’t have any cars at the moment if someone wanted to use the drive through. Really, why not just help the next person in line. But instead she turned back around and pulled out her cell phone. Waited in line for 48 minutes to make my business deposit and get deposit slips.

Scamming commercial accounts by secretly raising interest rates on credit line accounts to 13% with nothing to say or offer for such cut throat actions when called out on it. Also removed the commercial line in the lobby because service to commercial accounts no longer a priority to Wells Fargo

Wells Fargo doesn't allow closing accounts. They were shady as a 300 year old oak tree. They are trying to keep my account open longer than it had to be by stalling to keep from posting the last withdrawal of my money from my account, thus keeping me a prisoner of a hostile bank. They had the debit withdrawal from my checking for >52 hours, including one entire business day.

phone line doesn't work. People are nice but policy disconnects between phone and in-person is very frustrating.
