I just left the Villard ave branch here in Milwaukee. I tried to open the lobby door at 9:05am but was locked. So the lady in drive thru (Edwina) had an attitude because I ask 'why is lobby closed?' She said because it's closed! I said the sign says lobby opens at 9? I had a very large cash deposit from weekend sales & Do Not feel comfortable sitting in the car w/cash in our hi crime neighborhood! She was rude & very slow with my 2 deposits & Never said why the lobby was closed? Only in our Black neighborhoods does the quality of service fall below standards!

If you ever need to use the ATMs do not choose Wells Fargo as your bank. Not a single one of them. I just got done driving to four different ATMs and two of them were out of service and the other two were not excepting deposits at the moment. And this is unfortunately a very common thing for me to have to do. I am so sick of it and time to find a new bank.

After visiting five closed branches and calling customer service to get help they sent me here. They wouldn’t help me because I didn’t have an appointment, even tho the spent so long arguing with me they could have just done it. Luckily I called customer service back and was able to get help elsewhere. Just pure laziness. They also made me go outside to call customer service because they had a capacity limit when I was literally the only customer in the branch and they had tons of markings on the floor and stanchins indicating the usually have more than one customer in the branch and they just clearly didn’t want to help me.

I opened a new account and I suppose to got a $400 bonus in the 3 month period with it being open, plus all the qualifications to get the bonus...I qualified for the bonus within that 3mths, first they didnt put the bonus code in then it took 6 months to get the bonus, but when they gave me my bonus it was only $200 I'm very upset so now I gotta go through all type of measurements to get my other $200 dollars or I'm going to court for false advertising....

Poor service. Very unprofessional, they slow as ever, now i see why this branch ALWAYS empty. The bankers are rude they dont greet you nothing. Ive been a long time customer of bank and im very disappointed in this service. Where is management at to properly train there people. Im sitting here just looking at one banker play on her computer like im not waiting more than 20 minutes now. They laughes and giggles. Im so disgusted

This is a horrible place to go. The short guy in new accounts is so disrepectful and unprofessional he embarasssed me so bad when I asked to open a new account for my son. I reported him to corporated I will never do business with this branch again.PLEASE DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BRANCH SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE GO TO CORPORATE DOWN TOWN.!!!!!!!!!

This place makes you feel like your getting money out of a prison. The people that work here are great! The design on the inside is horrible! Will I come back to use this Bank sure. Will I happy about it no.
