I just went to this bank today and they were closed. For no reason, no notice, no sign. Just closed on this random Thursday! Horrible and inconvenient!

Worst wells fargo, only 1 employee at the window always, lines are always so long, it takes almost 35 minutes to get up to counter. The lady that sits at her desk could take acouple minutes and make the line go down. They need better management here. Better staff and better service. At least apologize for how long this takes.

I have no idea what the inside of the bank is like but the ATM only works about half of the time. That’s actually pretty good considering the one on Villard only works about 20% of the time and the one on west capital only works about 30% of the time. I have never seen a bank with such horrible ATMs I don’t know what is going on and why their ATMs are so awful but they’re the worst.

We will be picketing outside this Wells Fargo in coming weeks since Wells Fargo has been ignoring the words of Pope Francis who has called us to stop investing in fossil fuels. Wells Fargo continues to provide finds for coal, oil and other forms of non-renewable energy despite the disastrous way it will harm creation and future generations.

This bank is horrible. I’ve waited for over an hour just to do a check deposit. I gave the account # and check to the tell and she sends me back the check with a deposit slip to fill out instead simply depositing. Such a waste of time. Not worth waiting.

Closest Wells Fargo to my house, yet I avoid it unless there are 2 or fewer cars in line. Two times now I've been in line at 4:20p and when finally get up to teller box, apparently they closed without notice or telling anyone. Atleast other branches put a cone out behind the last person they plan to take for the day. Faster to drive to Wauwatosa. Has needed new management for 2years+. I've read previous reviews&responses, sorry, I will not email you.

Wow, the service is extremely subpar! Very, very slow drive thru service for seemingly no reason at all. I honestly HATE coming to this location but the Wells Fargo near my house is temporarily closed. There is absolutely NO good time to go to the 76th Street branch. If you can avoid it, stay away and drive to Wauwatosa.

This bank is full of bs. I've been calling this branch multiple times for the past two hours and have yet to get an answer. I have been trying to make an appointment to speak with a banker about my account only to be told one thing after another. Then when I get told to make it through the wells fargo website, the website tells me that there are no available dates from this branch! But instead of answering the phone once again for clarification this branch has decided that they do not hear their phone ringing. I don't know if they are short staffed or not but this is ridiculous! I am absolutely sick and tired of wells fargo at this point and I have been banking with them for 7 years straight!

Are u serious?! 6th person in line at 3:20pm on a Wednesday and u only have one teller at the counter! Lobby is no longer closed! Get more employees!!!

Horrible customer service. Preferential treatment for certain customers. Also, what kind of bank doesn't have quarters? Seems like they start turning people away an hour before closing.

They did not help the customers who were waiting in the drive-through line before they closed up. Bad to treat your customers.
