The slowest pharmacy in the world. I had an appointment made 2 weeks in advance for a vaccine and didn't receive my vaccine until 45 min after my scheduled time. I was standing at the correct window, no one came for 15 minutes, so I moved to the drug line. Then, they sent me back to the window after waiting 20 min in the drug line and the pharmacy tech tried to blame it on ME that "I wasn't waiting in the correct spot". Will never get a vaccine at any Walgreens ever again.

I have lived off Cramer St directly next to this Walgreens for 2 years and I can confidently say they have the worst hours out of any business in this city. If you are going here with the idea that it's 24 hours- ITS NOT- they definitely aren't open for some unknown reason with a lame sign on the door. Some days they just don't open (card reader down, register error, staffing issues) but they never put it online. I write this review with a 101 fever and no Walgreens open in this city to by Tylenol from, and my lovely Walgreens can't fix their card readers. They don't even open with the possibility of paying in cash - WHEN THERES AN ATM INSIDE

Terrible customer service. Failure to notify the customer when prescriptions are ready. Often given misinformation about when prescriptions are due for refills. Impossible to get through to by telephone.

Very nice and convenient local Walgreens with very helpful and polite employees, it get busy on most days but it's definitely one of the nicer locations in Milwaukee.

Each time you're in line for drive through, expect at least a 20 minute wait, Turn your car off. Periodically someone else's insurance is randomly swapped into your own and then you have the luxury of finding out after waiting, and being told to park and wait in line inside, to have them look over the cards you gave them the month before. If you call the store to ask questions, you get sent to some center, where their guess is as good as your own and they advise you to go into the store and ask. You go into the store and ask, anything- everyone is too busy and annoyed to be bothered. Lunch break is usually 130-2pm. The real question is why haven't I switched pharmacies yet. I'm from Iowa so am used to Walgreens. I need to switch.

The slowest Walgreens ever!!! Anytime I go to pick up my prescription in the drive through it takes at least 30 minutes. Horrible

Still the slowest pharmacy service ever! The checkout staff behind the pharmacy counter are making lots of casual conversation as if there are no other customers waiting. I need to transfer my script from here ASAP

Typical large chain pharmacy. Store is stocked with variety of items you would expect. Location is fairly large serving a diverse population. Primarily come here for prescriptions. Honestly almost always use the drive through. This time I had paper prescriptions & not in a position in which I could drop & return. I was told if I waited, my order would be ready in about 20 - 25 minutes whereas if I left it would be 90 minutes. So I chose to wait...... And the waiting area is not user friendly. Four chairs against the wall with the pharmacy line as your entertainment and you as their entertainment. This area could use an upgrade.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Went today to pick up a prescription. I was told my copay would be $164 instead of the usual $60. When I questioned it, the clerk told me they didn't have the generic and I'd have to buy the name brand. I asked if she could check another Walgreens, she said no. NO! And that I can call wherever I'd like! What!?! Have you ever heard of customer service? I CAN CALL? You don't even alert me that there is an issue with my prescription! I find out as I'm picking up my prescription. You don't think $100 difference is a big deal? I had to go into work late so I could call pharmacy after pharmacy to find someone who has my medication. What a joke! I didn't catch her name, but she was rude and working the pharmacy desk at 4:15 on 3/21/19. Sending an email to the corporate office now. Stay clear of THIS Walgreens. Probably the worst pharmacy experience I've had!

Was racially profiled at the store with my girlfriend followed around by workers meanwhile their was a group of white men triggering alarms in the store and nothing was said to them.
