Not cool! Online price for an XG-1295 cassette was $332 but it was also available on the Wheelandsprocket eBay store for $289. I asked the store if they would match their eBay price as I intended to buy a couple other items from their web store. They thanked me for pointing out the difference and promptly jacked up their online price to $415. By the way, it's still on their eBay store and Walmart marketplace store for $289. Since this is the way they engage with customers, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I've been patronizing this shop for maybe 15+ years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Great sales help (especially Paul), well managed and efficient service. In fact even though I now live in New Mexico I still take advantage of their advice and parts and even tried to have them ship a new bike, but it's not allowed by Trek. I've been to 4 bike shops in NM and only the Trek owner store in Albuquerque is as good.

The staff here is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I came in for a minor fix on a bike light, which was immediately attended to, and so cheerfully! Also, I went on to buy more equipment, and the sales staff is so on it as far as all the features, and what to look for, and the best product to buy. I have never been disappointed at this, Wheel & Sprocket! Or at ANY Wheel & Sprocket for that matter!

Absolutely horrible service. Extreme ski and bike is way better and cheaper. They don't even help.

Son’s bike seat needed replacing and front brake wasn’t working. Everyone was helpful and Landon in service did a quick fix of the brake, lubed the chain and installed the new seat we bought. No extra charge and we were done in < 15 minutes. Excellent service that you don’t always find.

First time visiting this location because I saw online that they had a really specific small part in stock that I thought I would need for an amateur modding project. The sales associate Joel was quick to jump in and help, took an interest in what I was doing, found the part, and without me even asking, said that if it didn’t work out I could return the item (a concern that I did have going in, given the price for such a tiny thing that I wasn’t sure would work). I went away wondering if Joel was the owner/manager of the location, because of his exceptional customer service. I did end up needing to return the part, but in doing so I was treated courteously and given some words of encouragement about my project, after having spent the whole day working on it and feeling totally defeated. Some other shops would probably make you feel like a pain in the butt for being there, if they allowed returns at all. Thanks for your help, this is definitely my go-to bike shop going forward.

Had a fantastic experience here. Purchased my second bicycle this past week and really appreciated the respect and integrity of the team. They walked me through all the safety features, configurations, adjustments and how-to's on the new bike and Burley trailer. The Trek Verve+ 4S is currently charging at 81.9 watts, at balanced voltage and frequency, between 1-1.8A draw.

Pains me to write this, because I had been such a big fan and have bought more than one bike here. BUT: Their service process is downright awful. They want to charge you $175 per bike for a TUNE-UP... with a minimum wait of a few days, just to inspect and provide a quote. Which then of course necessitates an ADDITIONAL pickup and drop-off to perform the actual work. This model is ludicrous! Additionally, they had the gall to suggest Erik's would do the same thing. Well, today I dropped 3 bikes off at Erik's, and tune-ups for two bikes were quoted and scheduled within 30 minutes, at ~$50 each for my kids, and a little more for mine, but still comfortably under $175. So, Wheel & Sprocket, you just lost 3 avid NICA cyclists. So very disappointed, because your sales people are really quite lovely and knowledgeable.

When it comes to bike knowledge and customer service you could not ask for better people to deal with than the staff at the Fox Point location. They recently fitted me with an adaptive device to allow for a full pedal stroke after knee surgery and also helped set up a new Garmin. The staff are pros in every sense of the word!!! Would never go anywhere else.

What a great experience at the Wheel & Sprocket Fox Point location. A potential problem was turned into a positive wonderful interaction in which I was treated with sincere care and concern. Heidi was awesome and saw my transaction through to the very end. I am a customer for life!
