New and used bikes for sale. They also carry e-bikes. I’ve used them for service on both regular pedal and e-bikes. Very helpful staff and on some occasions (depending on the issue) experienced staff addressing service issues immediately while you wait. They also host the meeting spot for annual Santa Rampage (WI bike fed) event.

*UPDATED REVIEW I did end up buying a bike from here! I did however have an issue with a part that came broken on it, but Chris took awesome care of me in the service department. Came in with a problem, and left in a much better mood than when I walked in.The new spot here is awesome! Needed to swap out a chain and had fantastic service from Victoria who was able to fit me in right on the spot. Her and the rest of the staff were super helpful and friendly. Would totally buy a bike from here

This isn't just a place to buy a bicycle, it's an experience. They've renovated a factory and the space it pretty awesome, it's worth a visit even if you're not in the market for a bike. They have accessories as well as a great coffee shop and a comfortable and singularly well apportioned café. Big parking lot (especially for a bicycle store), and it's in Bayview so you can make a whole afternoon (or morning) of it.

Highly recommend the Wheel & Sprocket in Bay View! This store unfortunately experienced a burglary while my bike was there for a service appointment and was stolen. The staff and especially the manager, Kelly, were incredibly helpful and generous with replacing my bike along with the accessories. They prioritized my replacement and I received my new bike within a few hours. It was a very unfortunate situation that was outside their control but they truly went above and beyond with their costumer service!

Joe is the bro!!!! This is the best wheel and sprocket In Milwaukee! If you ever come ask for Joe to help you out. He is very knowledge on bikes and had my bike repaired with new parts in a blink of an eye! Very good customer service and always willing to help. I will be coming to this place for any repairs or questions that I need answered. Thank you to the staff and Joe for making my day and my bike ride experience more fun and memorable!

I was in town for a holiday weekend and suffered a real bad flat - the tire had to be replaced due to the damage done. I brought my bike in to this shop and Chris was incredibly helpful. In addition to fixing the tire he also checked out the rest of the bike, cleaned and greased my chain, and ensured that my bike was ready for the long ride I had coming up and didn't charge me anything for that added labor.I am not in MKE often but I will certainly be going back to this store the next time I am in town.

First time stopping at this location to solve the problem of a mystery tire leak. My service technician Joe A was awesome! Super friendly and communicative during the whole process. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for a new bike or getting their current bike serviced.

Awesome place to shop for a bike. We were greeted at the door by Taylor and he was so pumped to show us all things bikes. You could tell he’s passionate about bikes and just wants everyone biking with a bike they love. We were able to try so many bikes as they have a huge selection in store and I found my perfect bike. Highly recommend Wheel & Sprocket!

I came by the bay view shop last evening with my wife to check out a few road bikes. Having done quite a bit of research, i really just needed to sit on a few bikes to determine my size so I could narrow down my options.I was approached by Joe Arnold while looking. He not only went out of his way to find me a certain bike to test fit and ride, he also let me bounce questions off him for quite a while - giving his honest thoughts right back. Never did I feel pressured or put off by a “sales guy”. He was honest, professional, and personable - and truly shows what the importance of a local bike shop is.Over the years I’ve probably bought half a dozen bikes from W&S. However I’ve found myself bouncing between locations after a few negative interactions at certain w&s stores. Joe stood out having given me one best interactions I’ve had with one of your employees. That’s all - just wanted to share my positive thoughts. Too many people only share negative opinions nowadays. My wife and I thought it was worth sending a note.Buy Joe a beer for me!

Taylor, Kelly, and everyone else were a sheer pleasure to work with! They were patient as I chose my model, accommodated my first color choice, accessorized it exactly the way I wanted, and had it ready to go in time for my trip around the world. Loved the buying experience and love the bike!!!

I love bikes very few things in the world is as peaceful as peddling away feeling the sun on your face and the wind whistling around u. So it's nice to have a solid conversation with others who share your passion. My bike was fixed with minimal expense and minimal fuss. Joined the bike federation and will soon be enjoying the perks. The place and staff are well informed, helpful and fast. Lots of presents for the cyclist in your life. The only thing that saddens me is how often electric bikes were mentioned and how sad it is the Southside is so lacking in bike trails. The electric bike is lovely but there's something to be said in knowing u did 20+ miles on your steam. Also with the rising obesity rate and gas prices biking could do so much.

Wow, wow, wow! This new W&S is absolutely huge and gorgeous! The mister and I needed some accessories for our bikes and we decided to check out the new store in Bay View. It was a good call for sure. An old factory has been completely redone into a giant bike shop filled with lots of natural light. They seriously have it all, including a coffee bar. As with other W&S locations, we got absolutely great service. Tim gave us strong recommends and found us the perfect accessories. I left with a new compact lock, a super cool commuter bag that clips right to my rack and a mirror so I can ride a little more safely. Big thumbs up to this new location!

This huge Wheel & Sprocket in Bay View just has to be experienced. A former factory, the huge crane still sits as a welcoming centerpiece of this huge beautiful space. I stopped in for a few accessories, and was readily helped, and had a nice chat about the space, too. Bike repair, new bike purchases, every accessory imaginable, as well as a small display of bike art- this place has it all! But wait, there's more! The Joy Ride Cafe inside the store serves up coffee drinks, as well as a small selection of local craft beer. There's a seating area inside, as well as a nice patio. The Wisconsin Bike Fed and Rails to Trails orgs are in the basement, and there's a bike parking and a parking lot in the back. Check out the amazing mural on the Bay Street side, and you can pick up postcards with that very same mural art.

I had purchased a bike for my husband at the Brookfield location back in the summer and was very pleased. The staff at the Bayview location was wonderful. From the beginning they were right on it and found a great racing bike. Kelly and Jesse worked with me for a week or 2 to make sure that I was completely happy with my purchase and I will be using this store for as long as we are in Wisconsin. Couldn't recommend these guys highly enough
