Craigs processed my deer again this year and did a great job. The meat sticks and jerky are second to none. Along with that, I had them make knockwurst sticks this year and they are amazing!

Giving 5 stars even though I had a small problem with the deer they processed for me. I was shorted the backstraps from a deer order. It would have been nice if they would have made that mistake right with me when I talked to them about it.

Nice selection of meats. A variety of different flavored beef sticks, summer sausage, brat patties and more. They also have varieties of pork and lamb. They make their own products so it's all fresh and prices are reasonable. I recommend to anyone to stop in and check it out.

My daughter won a $250 gift certificate for Craig's meats. We went there and got a few things. The other night we had the t-bone steaks. They were amazing. Very fresh. Then tonight I made the pork roast. That again was amazing. I will definitely be returning and I would recommend Craig's meats to anybody looking for a local butcher.

I stopped on Tuesday (11th) to purchase their Beef bacon. Unfortunately, they didn’t any. However, they said they would make a batch and have it ready by early Thursday (13th) afternoon. I returned that afternoon and Sure enough…., they were packaging it! I bought (6) pounds since I live (4) hours from them. Talk about great customer service!! Thanks again!

This place is the real deal. Great quality--msg free options, friendly service. THE ONLY BACON YOU WILL EVER WANT TO EAT! The first time we tried the bacon, our initial response was, "Oh, so this is what bacon is supposed to taste like ?."
