Well getting loaded was very easy. But the dock is a difficult backing situation.DO NOT PULL UP IN THE RESIDENTIAL DRIVEWAYS ACROSS THE STREET TO GET LINED UP FOR THE DOCK.Better have your backing practice done. Anyways good luck.

Well I had a 9am appointment got here at 8:40, I sat in the street waiting for the other truck in the dock to get loaded until 10:05. (Why make appointments?!) I finally have my 2 pallets and paperwork at 10:26. its bad enough this place is in the boon docks.

So I have 5 years of Cheese factory experience and had an interview there with the plant manager Bruce. Ended up telling me they are trying to be picky with their people. But probably only hire people who don’t know a think about cheese. So I would recommend people who don’t know anything about cheese to apply.
