Have been in this store multiple times and am reminded each time why I never buy there. One particular lady is incredibly rude. She has been rude and disrespectful on multiple occasions so, it’s not like she was just having a bad day unless everyday is bad. She is always complaining to other employees about the customers and if you ask a question it is met with a rude and demeaning tone. I will never give this store my money and warn anyone visiting to beware. Customer service is obviously not important in this shop! Order your crocs online or bless a different store with your Minocqua clothing purchases.

The best store in the north-woods for clothing and crocs. Employees were very kind and always had a smile on their face. 10/10 Definitely recommend!

My daughter and I walked in yesterday to buy a pair of crocs. I found the pair I wanted but they didn’t have them in my size. I was about to ask them if they had any pairs in the back but the lady at the counter said “bye” to us and started instantly talking negatively about a black woman who just left to her coworkers or friends who were sitting in front of the counter. I was so upset about the blatant disrespect and racism. I can’t believe they would talk like that in general, and also in front of my child. I will never step foot in this store again. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Says open until 5. Doors locked with people still inside at 4:15pm on a Friday afternoon. Business must be good that they can just shut the open light off as you’re trying to enter.

When my niece and I walked in we didn’t see the sign for no drinks. They rudely told us to leave and started laughing as we left. Horrible customer service. Plenty of other stores with the same items. Definitely will never be going back. Will definitely be telling other people not to shop here also.

Came in to get my daughter a pair of crocs about 30 mins before closing on 5/24. Lots of options and the woman working was very nice

Went into the shop today and probably will not return. The two ladies that were working behind the counter we’re too busy crabbing and complaining about other employees than to take a moment and say hello or hi how are you doing? Did not have any sizes of clothing in kids sizes except for large or extra large

My husband and I are on our one year wedding anniversary and decided to travel up north for a week. We went into this store after seeing lots of items in the window we loved. We went in and they have a lot of cozy sweaters, sweats and blankets that are so cool! I have also never seen so many options for crocs. Boots, furry slip ons, and even flats. The lady working was so helpful and we talked for a while about the town and about back home. Of course wear a mask when going into not only this store, but anywhere downtown. You will be expected to wear one when you go into a store, that should be expected by now. I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone in the area.

0 stars if we could give 0. Lady was completely rude. We all have health issues and she told us in a very rude tone of voice “all of you need masks before you come into this store”I said ok we are leaving. She said “k bye” and we replied we have medical conditions. She continued with “all of you?” And rolled her eyes at us as we walked out the door. I refuse to give any business to people who are completely rude. Also legally they cannot make us tell them what medical conditions we have.
