Fireside Hearth & Home is a great family-run business providing fireplaces, stoves, and accessories. Everyone there is very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. They offer excellent customer service and communication. They are fantastic to work with, showing up when they said they would and getting the job done in a reasonable time frame. They take on difficult challenges, measure carefully, and ensure everything fits perfectly. They know exactly what customers need, answer all questions, and provide great products that work perfectly for years. Customers love them, give them 5 stars, and recommend them to everyone.
We have now have owned our gas fireplace insert for a full year. I can’t speak regarding service as we have not had a single problem. My only complaint is that it has been very warm this summer and I cannot use it. Can’t wait for fall. We love it! Thank you Fireside Hearth & Home!
