Unlimited Creations / Jackie Barlow located inside Taglio Salon Minocqua WI With over 30 years experience and a salon owner for 26 years. Jackie is originally from southern WI and moved to the north woods in 1993 with her husband. Jackie Specializes in Women’s and Men’s cuts, Coloring and foiling techniques to suit each person. Jackie takes pride in her work and cares about each and every client.
