“Cindy did a great job! She was on time, very nice, sensitive to what I wanted, suggested services but didn’t try to “upsell” me. I have a bad back, and Cindy was very good about helping me get in and out of the chair, offered me a pillow to put behind my back. “I want to start by say I don't usually write reviews. I think I have written 5. But when someone impresses me like Carissa, the store manager did, I need to say something. First I love the way her store looks . It's neat! organized! and easy to shop! and very helpful! I say this because the day before I was at the Eagle River Store and it wasn't the same experience. I was disappointed and annoyed by the service. (long story) and I don't want to get too negative, but Carissa listen to me and apologized for my experience. Carissa takes her job seriously, and it shows in her staff, in the way her store looks, and the way she presents herself as the store manger. Don't let her get away! THANKS! Carissa”
