I was not very happy with the stay. Hot tub was not hot. I was charged a week after checking out a cleaning fee for having two service dogs that the staff knew about and did nothing (no damage) but I to the room. When I called to ask about it I was hung up on and still waiting for the manager to. Call me back to explain to me why I was charged.

Purchased a New Year's Eve package for $411. Rooms here typically go for between $65 and $85 per night. We were promised dinner, boogie in the yo-yos, room and brunch. We had to wait for half an hour in a line in order to get seated for dinner. We were shuffled to an unheated overflow room to wait. We waited another two hours to have our server greet us. Surf and Turf, Prime Rib, and New York Strip and maybe Salmon were unavailable to us. Left were Crablegs, Shrimp Tacos and Lobster Mac and Cheese. Some at our table ordered and food arrived cold and inedible. We were famished, nowhere around to get alternative food.I called today and reception had no idea where to send me. I was sent to the golf manager. So disappointed. We were expecting a call as soon as business resumed. There was no manager even on staff that evening despite the very large crowd of people. No resolution this far.Update. In response to this each couple was refunded $63. What a slap in the face. It makes me more upset because we didn't even go down for breakfast because it was such a show the night before. It just wasn't worth the time or the aggravation to experience something similar. They did not refund for that. They didn't really take into consideration the impact that it had on people's nights. It really wasn't just about the food. It was more about sitting for 2 hours in a cold room with angry people and then expecting people to drink and pivot to having a good time.In terms of hospitality, this is a disgrace. In terms of problems in life, it is nothing.

We came to stay for the packers game. It's about 30 min drive to Lambeau and priced perfectly for the distance. Staff was friendly and funny. Rooms were very nice. I expected far less than what it was to be honest. The hot tub was not working during our stay but we knew it would be a short one so that didn't bother us. They got a nice looking golf course across the street, however it's December so didn't look much fun to me at the present time. We will definitely return and hopefully have more time to enjoy this area and surrounding!

See below. We were charged luxury prices for a low budget experience. We will not be back.Rooms: The room maintenance was poor. Curtains were broken off their hooks and hanging down. We had to climb up on a chair to fix them to prevent the sunshine from waking us in the a.m. The room was 55 degrees when we came in. The sheets on the bed were thin. The shower didn't drain well. Virtually everything about the room gave you the impression of "low budget motel". Which is not great for the price we were charged.Food & drinks: We were there for a New Year's Eve special dinner. They started serving at 6. We were there at 7. I ordered the prime rib special at 7:15. When we hadn't seen our waitress in a long time and hadn't seen hide nor hair of our food by 8:30 we started pressing the matter with the staff. They were "working on it". At 8:45 the waitress came by to confirm that I "had ordered the salmon, right?" Of course I said no. At 855 a different person came out to tell me they were "out of the prime rib"! Unbelievable. A few minutes later they did bring me a piece of prime rib. Unfortunately it was well done and I had asked for rare to medium rare. So 2 hours after we sat down we got food that was poorly done. There was a salad bar that I would have given a 3 on a scale of 1 to 10. There were supposed to be plates of cheese, crackers and sausage. Those were gone by 7 and never refilled. Before dinner my wife wanted a glass of red wine. So at 6 pm we tried ordering a cabernet for her. They were out - already. She had a glass of merlot instead. At 645 she tried reordering a glass of merlot - and they were out of that too! The drink prices were not bad for what they had available. In short, the food and beverage management at the place for this event was horrible. We were charged luxury prices for a low budget experience.

Just had a one night stay in the hotel part of the Par5 Resort (2 Queen Bed room). The good parts: the room was generally clean, the staff were friendly, the continental breakfast was better than expected, and the location was convenient for our travel in the area. The areas for improvement: the common areas like stairs, hallway carpet were stained and dirty. It was clear that the carpeting in the hallway and stairs had not been vacuumed recently. The pool area was not clean, the pool floor had paint worn off and the pool edges were grimed with a scum of dead skin/body oils. In our room I went to use the coffee machine but was unable to find anywhere to plug it in. I would have had to take it across the room and place it on the floor to plug it in to use.I know this resort hotel has been great in the past, but it clearly is not getting the attention or staffing needed to keep up with standard maintenance.

2023 is my 4th membership year playing golf at Par5. My review is only on the golf courses. The National course was very good this season, fairways and greens were excellent considering the heat and lack of rain in July. Great job. Some fairways on the Fox Creek courses were dry in spots but overall the 3 courses played well. New owner continues to invest in the total resort, small upgrades are noticeable. Looking forward to more upgrades in 2024. Par 5 is becoming a solid golf resort destination.

This is a review of the golf course, not of the Par 5 Resort. I hate to write a bad review about a golf course, because I love to golf and have played golf around the country. This morning I played Fox Creek Golf Course, part of Par 5 Resort. The Resort has 45 holes of golf. If you are a woman - DO.NOT.PLAY.THIS.COURSE! You are not respected here. Are there forward tees for the women? No, they have just stuck red tee markers a few yards in front of the men's senior tees. Literally a few yards, on every single hole, for a total of about 50 yards difference over 9 holes! Now I have played other courses where they are lazy and just put the senior men and the women's tees near each other, but every other course has offered a distance advantage on the longer par 5 holes and some par 4s. Not here! It's the same thing...a few yards, and sometimes no yardage difference between the 477 yard par 5 for senior men and for women! And just so they aren't bothered with doing something on a 205 yard par 3, or 397 yard par 4, they just add a par to the hole, making it a par 37 side for women. That's way easier than making a different tee box for women. Women, go find a course that has a modicum of respect for women. Don't play here!

This place turned into a dump again-didn't even serve food all weekend! Rooms are nasty. the weekend with friends were great but won't be going back-had to go eat at a nearby restaurant to get food...
