I really enjoyed my experience at this Goodwill. The employee, Ratha, helped me choose the biggest and brightest lamp. It fits perfectly in the corner of my basement!

Bad experience two times when I purchased items from this store. A while ago, I purchased an office table, it looks very new for $10 with no scratches. When I returned to pick up the item, the table was scratched badly on the surface. A couple of days ago, I purchased a patio table and chairs set. It displayed inside the store with an umbrella, and it is a matching set. There was no separate tag with a separate price for the umbrella when I purchased the set. I am very sure since the umbrella was set inside the hold of the table and I opened and closed the umbrella few times to make sure it was working before purchased. The price was $40. The table and chairs look older, the umbrella looks newer. Probably the table and chairs were set outside by the previous owner and the umbrella was stored indoor when not using.
When I came back to pick up the set next day, they took the umbrella to sell it separate. When asked, the manager said it sold separate. I told her when I purchased they were put together. She was not even a friendly manager, and she did not even apologize I took a separate trip with a trailer to pick the items and found out the items missing a piece, she was the same manager I met when I purchased the office table. She said she had to look at the camera to see if it had a separate tag. She did not return to me with the answer. I went inside and saw the umbrella and I told her this umbrella is a set of the patio table and charis. She said she looked at the camera, it was sold separate. I did not trust her that she really checked and if she could check with the camera, especially only few minutes after I talked to her outside the pickup area.
Well, they got the items for free, may as well let the full set to go to a good home so someone can enjoy it than so greedy to sell the umbrella separately for only $20, considering they are a non-profit organization. My donation to their store more than $20, since I always gave the rest of the changes for donation, and I purchased a lot of items from Goodwill’s in the past. So, I stopped to donate money to Goodwill’s any more after two bad experiences with the company.

Service dog friendly. Pretty spacious in most parts of the store. Employees have never bothered me about my service dog.
Always a fun time shopping here. I leave with the coolest items for soooo cheap.
Employees are lovely too, and I have had great conversations with fellow customers.

Was confronted by a rude employee who pitched a hissy fit because I put the clothes I didn’t want on the *top* rack instead of the *bottom* rack like she wanted. Should’ve left them all over the floor or in the dressing room and screamed at you like most customers would. Instead I calmly reported you to the manager who did nothing. Corporate has been notified. Hope it was worth it to take your bad day out on a customer who did nothing wrong.
