Eu’Nique was very pleasant, answered any questions that I had fully & efficiently, & made it a point to go through my taxes in order to help me understand what my state & federal refunds are both looking like. She’s very sweet & made the interaction personal & connected with me while still being able to maintain her professionalism (she’s also VERY funny lol). I recommend her to everyone!

I did not like the fact that the final price for the federal return was 5 times higher than the advertised price. Also, Jackson Hewitt calculated the exact same amount as I did using a free IRS program. I basically paid for nothing.

Very helpful very informative! And he got me a maximum refund that includes a Wisconsin tax credit for renters! I was also able to just walk in and he got me all taken care of in 15 20 mins! They guy that did my taxes was pleasant, respectful, and polite. I highly recommend them. Only thing that could have gone better he could have showed me how to log into my Jackson Hewitt account. But I’ll call them and figure it out. Jackson Hewitt is DOPE!!

I have to say I love this Tax Preparer she has been doing follow up call and her office was very clean she is down to earth and when it come to explaining my taxes she made she I understand everything this my 2nd year with her and I have to say the way she treats her client makes me keep coming back,FYI she offer bottles of water and face mask to clients if needed I have to say she is by far one of the best and the children love her she kept my child entertained while I she prepared (juice boxes and mini coloring books) i will see her again next ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
