Dr. Miller is a fantastic vet and has a wealth of knowledge. She answers questions in a way that presents all available options and makes me feel very comfortable making the right decisions for my dogs. Several years ago, she was able to make a diagnosis for my dog that I was later told (by other specialist veterinarians) is a complex condition to diagnose. Aside from her evident medical skills, she is kind and patient and has treated both of my dogs with care and compassion.

My cat and I had a great experience here. The check up and vaccination update was quick and painless. Prices were reasonable, they got me in on short notice, and the staff were understanding that my pet was not happy to be there. It's a convenient location too.

They really show concern for my cats and offer advice that other vets never mentioned.

I really appreciated the professionalism and care of the vet and vet techs here. We brought our 15-year-old cat in after her health began to decline and we could not get an appointment with a vet who performs at-home services. (Our cat does not travel well, even compared to other cats.) The vet tech made her calmer than we anticipated being possible, and the vet provided realistic options for us, based on our circumstances, which involved anxiety and incontinence. These options improved her anxiety markedly, but ultimately there was little that could be done with respect to her incontinence. We made the difficult decision to put her down, and the vet here respected our decision and performed this service in a caring way. It was a contrast from an at-home pet euthanasia service (Journeys) that refused our request to put her down and seemed to cast judgment on us. (They suggested we add another litter box, although I'm not sure how we would put three in a 900 square foot home, and that we eliminate some of her stressors; we couldn't exactly send our newborn baby back to the hospital.) This vet clinic, by contrast, appropriately balanced human needs and pet circumstances. I would recommend the practice to anyone.

I've NEVER written a negative review before so this is a first for me. Usually, I understand that in difficult situations we can all have bad days and communication can be difficult and misunderstandings can happen. However, the treatment and insensitivity experienced by my friend we referred to this clinic was truly appalling. We've helped and supported them as they've spent thousands in the past two weeks seeking test after test for their suddenly ill dog and traveling to midnight emergency visit to emergency visit, all with no clear answers. Blood tests, scans, stool tests, physicals, the gambit. No clear answers to be had: maybe cancer, maybe a stroke, maybe lymes, maybe a tumor, briefly a thyroid condition. Then all follow up tests inconclusive. Finally three of us in our group referred this clinic and vet Miller with hopes that finally an answer would be at hand. Instead of answers our friend scolded and shamed for not spending more money, made to feel as though they were somehow at fault for their dog's sickness (and yet a diagnosis is still unknown), and generally made to feel small. This is a person who is now hand feeding their dog and carrying her out to the bathroom between unending tests and vet visits and yet she's just not doing enough. Again, I understand that from my own experience how tense and difficult it can be to to be the professional who has to relay bad news or say "I don't know" to someone desperate for answers, but that's what being a professional is. Shaming and victim blaming is not it.

You could grow old waiting for this vet to show up. It is habitual. Inconsiderate of me but even more so for my anxious dog.
