Every since this store became metro market the food has been less than fresh. This is the third time i’ve purchased a bag of cheese or block of cheese that is molded which cannot be detected from the outside of the package i am very upset. This cheese was included in a deli platter i just purchased and it was turned face down with the mold not showing.

Legit a shame that, while this fits a grocery void, Metro/Kroger doesn't see the need to open more than 2 lanes and 6 self checkouts on a Monday rush leading to lines that go halfway or longer down an aisle meanwhile nobody is at customer service to help those with 5 or less items. Just ridiculous.

1 cashier on the entire store on a Saturday, I think his name was Lucas. Great kid, clearly a teenager, was positive in the face of a ton of tired people. I went over to the self checkout and asked that cashier if he could get any help, and she said they didn't have anyone. And I said "really? Because there's a cashier right here that's been talking to you the whole time. Just standing here." And she shrugged. So good job Lucas. And hey, remember when all the Kroger brand frozen potatoes were less than $2 a bag, and then last year they all doubled in price for no reason? Remember that fruit or vegetable you got and the price was curiously higher than you thought? Remember how every Kroger has a full aisle case of shrimp products that no one ever buys because it's way too high in price, you think there's 4-year old shrimp in there? The price gouging is so blatant because Kroger doesn't face any consequences for it. Maybe one day the employees will grow one vertebra and just leave, it's not like they make any money there.

Honestly it’s not even their fault necessarily but yesterday I bought a Pepsi that was expired over a month ago. Pepsi has been terrible not only at this store. They don’t check dates when they stock. I do think the store should take time to double check because this isn’t the first time I’ve gotten an expired product.

It'd be nice if they could fix their water filtering machine. Been out for two months. You'd expect it to be fixed but, no...no. male's toilet stall door is broken too. Can't even lock.

This store doesn't even deserve one star. Today was the last day I deal with their price gouging and horrible customer service. Even though this store is 10 minutes from my home, I maybe go once or twice per month, because every time I go, there is at least one or more price differences at check-out. Today, there were two. I caught one of them while checking out, but missed another. The organic green peppers are marked $1.19; however, I was charged $1.99. I went to the customer service dept, and as per usual, no one was working there. I stood there for 5 minutes, and went back to the produce dept. to ask a guy to call someone. One of the very rude older women shows up and calls the produce dept. to discuss the price discrepancy. I had to ask for my refund. Never once has the employee apologized, they have all been rude as though I don't have a right to get the price the item is marked. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS, PEOPLE!

There produce is always fresh and beautifully displayed. The bakery is off the charts gorgeous and delicious! The cakes and torts are like works of art. Very reasonable prices. Patsy and her coworker are so friendly and nice and create amazing desserts. They should be paid really well

I've literally never had a pleasant experience with pick up from pick n' save but yesterday was a new low. 30 minutes sitting in the parking lot and they missed half of my order. This is after the guy told me they got all of the items.

I've been coming here for many years and never had any issues whatsoever until yesterday 12/23/2022. I went into the self checkout line and paid cash for my groceries, the machine ended up flashing red by the insert bill area and not giving back my dollar bills but coins in change, I went and told the lady that was working the self checkout area, she went and grabbed another co-worker, she then looked at the receipt and grabbed my dollar bill change from another cash register and handed it to me without saying a word...not even an apology for their machines mistake. She looked at me as if I was lying about not getting any cash back but they can go check their camera because there is one literary above every self checkout station...Horrible workers with little to no customer service.

Great staff and great employees, but the management should pay attention. Myself and my wife purchased their store brand mac and cheese on sale because it was 2 days before going expired. ($3.57). We both got food poisoning eating it. We didn't learn our lesson. Figured it was some rare fluke and purchased on sale mac and cheese again and got food poisoning.. yet again. We lost 4 sick days from this. Do NOT trust their on sale products made by them. They also put their dips on sale with NO DATE, this is against FDA regulations.

Check your receipts. Their sale prices don’t always get put in their system. I check my receipts every time I shop and more often than not, there is an item on my receipt that didn’t ring up properly. It has happened for years and I’m tired of the hassle. I decided to stop shopping here for good yesterday. I checked my receipt after my purchase and the holiday coffee pods were marked on clearance at $5.24, but I was charged regular price of over $10. I bought two, so I was overcharged $10.50. I went back in the store when I noticed the mistake and stood at customer service for 5 min with no one in sight to help. I popped over to self checkout and asked if someone was at the service desk. She said yes and would get someone. I stood there for a few more minutes and still no one. I asked again and it took another minute for someone to show up. A week earlier, my orange juice didn’t ring up the sale price and I was overcharged $.79. It’s not the money, it’s the principle, and nothing ever changes.
