I have been in here a few times over the years. It's a hit or miss whether the staff is going to help you or not. I've noticed a lot of sraff members are extremely rude.
It can be a little bit confusing in the area dedicated for customers to use printers or make copies. It's kind of hard to tell where customers are allowed to go, and employees are only allowed to go.
The last time I was in here, an employee yelled at me for not realizing I was in the employee-only area. I just wanted to make some copies. I wish they had better signage here.
But yeah other than that they have all your basic office needs. Their prices are kind of high though.

I had a great customer service experience with Phoenix. She was an absolute rock star! She was attentive and patient, as I had a challenging Amazon return.

I came in for a 9:30 a.m. appointment June 11th, 2025. The cubicle entry wasn't even visible. It's faced away from the door. I wouldn't have known where to go for the appointment if the rude lady behind the cubicle hadn't said anything. Everything about her demeanor indicated that she was completely uninterested in her job. She never smiled and just seemed annoyed the whole time. I'm glad I never have to return to Staples.

I got an email offer for $ off a chair. The chair I wanted was available at the local Staples. I went there but could not use the emailed offer in store. Had to order the chair for pickup using the online app. Wanted to buy the addon insurance in store but it had to be done at the same time as the order. Ended up 'picking up the order and returning it so I could start again in store with manager override to get the offer. Lots of help from the staff member, but the whole experience makes me question buying from Staples in the future. Should not be hard to use an offer in store.

I wanted a cheap printer... started off on Amazon but there was just no information available other than reviews, and really, who trusts them? So I went to Staples, and got INFORMATION... pros and cons and this is better for this kind of task BUT it won't do that... just wonderful information and a chance to think it over and discuss the pros and cons with ... well, a pro. Whenever I need tech, I start at Staples ...
