Aaron was so knowledgeable about the Galaxy S25 and the transferring all of our data. He explained everything in detail and even changed some things on our new phones for both my wife and I. I would highly recommend Aaron to anybody looking for a new phone, very customer friendly person who is passionate about what he does.

I went into US Cellular today on 115 E.Broadway Avenue Monona, WI and I had a very good experience with Isaac S Premier Wireless Sales Team. I had my IPhone 11xr switched to a 14 plus & my husband had a IPhone 11 switched to a 14 Pro max was very fast and easy. Very knowledgeable about IPhones. I would recommend anyone who is interested in getting a new phone or transferring to a different phone to go see him.

We had a great experience at this store while obtaining new service! Our old carrier (at&t) just wasn't cutting it in the Madison area after we moved here. We were able to switch to US Cellular quite easily. Our associate was Jordan H. and he did an amazing job of getting us a breakdown of the plan/pricing we needed, setting us up, ordering a phone I wanted that wasn't in stock at the store, and making the transition for the other line easy as saying U S C. Jordan was extremely knowledgable, super friendly, and just an easy person to work with to set us up.
The store was a bit busy, but the other associates also seemed very helpful toward the customers they were working with. There was even an elderly couple in the store who were having great difficulty understanding their phone, and another associate went above and beyond to help them. Seems like a great bunch of associates at this location- customer service was top notch! Check this location out for a great experience!

I had the worst costumer experience here. Ive worked costumer service when I was 16-20. I normally have sympathy for any poor soul working costumer service but not this guy. I came in to trade my phone.First I called before coming in to ask if they were a HQ store (because apparently that’s the only stores that handle trades) and the man responded yes. So I was happy, we drove to the store during rush hour, I was already tense because of the drive. I came in explained what I was looking for to be done. He was rude right off the bat. I thought maybe he was responding to me being tense, so I apologized if I was being rude. I tried explaining what I needed again, he was super condescending and made me repeat my questions over and over again. He told me that they don’t perform the trade in service. I asked if we could AT THE LEAST look up the account number to see what it would say about the deal we got. And he refused. I have never in my life experienced this kind of disrespect. If I was the owner I would fire this man immediately. He was not open to even helping me, by looking up the account number. I was going to buy a phone case, was so frustrated at my experience I couldn’t even look around.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
I walked into this store to purchase both internet and a cellular phone plan. The sales manager in my very humble opinion, was the rudest, condensing, unprofessional person with absolutely no customer service skills. He was chewing gum while talking, didn't want me to sit down (I am disabled), did not know the add on fees that come with all cell phone bills. He had a flyer offering no activation fees, I asked about this offer, he snatched the flyer away, threw it in the trash, and printed another flyer that had $300.00 activation fee's. This switch and bait in my very humble opinion is FRAUD. He must have been trained by lying Verizon as they have pulled the same propaganda. He reminded me of a pushy used car salesman that desperately needed gas money to get home. Thank God, I walked out. When I went to the US Cellular across the street from East Town, I was told they get a lot of customers saying they have had complaints about the Monona Store. The US Cellular at East Town, was very professional and will get my business. There customer service is impeccable and Honest. I will provide the gentleman's name I spoke with at the East Town store, that answer every question I had.
Caveat Emptor Monona NON CORPORATE STORE. Let the buyer beware of potential FRAUD.

I really love how my I can only listen to my voice-mail messages 12 hours later, only after the life saving medicine for my cat is in locked away all weekend. Thanks fit trying to kill my cat after I paid you 2 grand for a phone as well as 80$ a month for it. Fabulous job.

I cannot praise Sean enough. He is knowledgeable, kind, hard working, and good at explaining things. He single-handedly sold us on going with US Cellular over other potential carriers. I will drive out of my way to go to this store because of him.

Zach was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of diagnosing the issue with my 5 year old phone (it no longer supported 4G/5G). At the time, Samsung was just about to begin the Pre-ordering phase of their new s24, so because of the odd situation, he even offered me a loaner phone for a few weeks while I decided what to do. Thanks to his assistance and patience, I was very happy with my decision to get the new s24 during their Pre-order phase, rather than purchase an older phone or buy a loaner phone for a few weeks elsewhere. Thank you greatly, Zach!
