A sale going on for ziplock bags. I have always been buying these ziplock bags when there’s a sale, NEVER GOT QUESTION OR NEVER WAS TOLD THAT I CANT BUY SO MANY. There were no SIGNS saying you can only buy certain quantity for the bags. I took 9 pack small bags and 6 pack of big bags. She was standing at the end of the aisle looking at me like I was stealing. After I started to push my cart, she came and told me I can’t buy that many, I told I don’t see any sign saying you can’t. She was like” I can make that call” with a rude racial attitude toward me, maybe she would talk to me in a different attitude if I was her own people. I have been going to this Walgreens for almost 10 years, never encounter such a racial store manger.

I needed a new passport photo and went to my local store in McFarland and it was the worst experience. The staff person there was surly and would only take one photo (it's digital!). He laughed when I said I didn't like it. Should have just left. Decided it was worth it to go to the store in Monona. What a different experience!! The woman there said it's important to not hate your photo since you have it for ten years. I mean, no one is going to love a passport photo, but shouldn't cry either! She was willing to take several shots (it's digital!) And, she was just so pleasant. Thanks Monona!

Wendy was an amazing cashier with infectious energy. The store was also in great order and easy to navigate.

It is disheartening to report that during my recent visit to the store, I experienced an incident of perceived racial discrimination. While I was picking up some items, I was suspected of stealing by some of the staff members. Specifically, a staff member with blonde hair and glasses used a racial epithet while addressing me. Furthermore, I felt that the manager's actions, such as following me around the store, were intrusive and made me feel like a criminal. I believe that such behavior is unacceptable and does not align with the values of a fair and just society. I hope that the store will take appropriate measures to address this issue and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and dignity.

The manager profiles black people and makes it hard to do exchanges or give refunds on things they mess up at. Prices are mismarked and when she checked, she complained and also gave me store credit when I wanted my money back saying she messed up so can't give me it since she put it on a gift card..after I already told her I wanted my cash back and would leave due to her treatment! She needs to get it together it's 2024!!! I avoid shopping here whenever I can.

Looks like a normal Walgreens but flat-out refused to let a 3-year-old use a bathroom. Since many Walgreens DO have public restrooms, I have to imagine this is not a corporate policy but a power trip by one nasty pharmacy lady. They sell diapers and depends and even market their own brands, but they are not really walking the walk. We were allowed to spend our money there, though.
