“I drove by thought they were closed so I went to O'Reilly's for a low beam headlight bulb. Guy tells me the bulb factory basic is $31. When I asked why so high he said they don't give them away. I asked for help of guidance putting it in. He decided practically the entire headlight or front end has to be disassembled to put the bulb in. I looked at AutoZone saw other cars now in the lot. Young man named Colin came out replaced the new bulb with a double pack for total $34 and replaced the bulb in 5 mins. Customer service goes along way something O'Reilly's could learn from.Thank you Colin and AutoZone for your help.”
“The two guys that were working Sunday 7/31 we're SO helpful and really got us out of a jam. The Manager (I forgot his name, Riz?) Took a lot of time to help solve our problem even came out to the parking lot to look at the issue my husband was having with a coolant leak. Very nice, very professional and when I had to come back for another part, he was just as courteous to me as he was earlier with my husband. Top notch service is rare to find these days and these guys went above and beyond!! Great work and thank you!”

“I called to get an appointment to get my oil changed in my car and and estimate on my tires @ Farm and Fleet in Monroe I had a flat tire going to Church last Sunday and my friend who works at Farm and Fleet in Monroe helped me change my tire and let me know there was a sale on tires. I checked around and Farm and Fleet were cheaper than the other place I looked. The guys did a great job with my new tires and Gary did a great job at getting my keys and paperwork back. The only complaint I have is every time i called the tire desk for an appointment on Tuesday Sept. 7th for Farm and Fleet,was i had a longer wait on the phone than I had to before @ the old store. But over all, they did a great job with taking care of my car care. ??”

“I had stopped by because my bus was had the red check engine light on and was in limp mode. They were very busy like most other service places around but they were able free up a Service Tech to diagnose and get me up and running to get back on the road. They went above and beyond to help and solve the issues with my Cummins engine. The Service Manager and Office Staff were so nice and helpful. The Service Tech, Brandon was very knowledgeable and was able to research and solve the issues.”

I was impressed how quickly they found my parts and they had all in stock except the dust cover. “Excellent service! We brought in our RV to have the tire pressure checked. The guys were on their backs crawling around the tires to get to the inside back tires to fill them up! Very pleasant attitude. Another one went into the store to find some tire pressure tools for us. Would definitely use them again!!”
