I drove by thought they were closed so I went to O'Reilly's for a low beam headlight bulb. Guy tells me the bulb factory basic is $31. When I asked why so high he said they don't give them away. I asked for help of guidance putting it in. He decided practically the entire headlight or front end has to be disassembled to put the bulb in. I looked at AutoZone saw other cars now in the lot. Young man named Colin came out replaced the new bulb with a double pack for total $34 and replaced the bulb in 5 mins. Customer service goes along way something O'Reilly's could learn from.Thank you Colin and AutoZone for your help.

Ron L and employees were outstanding support. Came in for brake line got the right one right away, also helped my flare the end that was needed Ron took his time out of his day to assist. Line is flared and I’m happy. Monroe AutoZone keep it up.!

Tina is absolutely ? an amazing asset to Auto Zone. She's knowledgeable, friendly and honest. They're lucky to have her as an employee and we're so glad she was there when we came to buy parts today.
We've had some bad experiences at this location in the past with another woman who is very rude and seems to hate people and her job.
Today, Tina's great customer service made it worth coming back!!!!! ? THANK YOU,.TINA!

I'd love to give 5 stars for the older woman and younger man who were working yesterday 4/2, but unfortunately the younger woman ruined it. I came in asking to buy windshield wipers and help with putting them on, and the older woman turned and asked "Who can help with wipers?" and the younger one snapped back "No one. We're busy" and did not acknowledge me. I stood there for a minute before asking if I should just go over to O'Reillys and the younger man stepped up and went to help put them on. The older woman did apologize for the younger ones words, but I am just floored that she would talk like that to a customer.

Poorly staffed. Assistant manager refused to help or explain why an order wasn't filled. The stated "I shouldn't even sell you this." Okay then, don't. Do your job or get another one.
