“The staff was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were able to come out and do our floors in a timely manner, but seemed unorganized as to complete the work, they were in between several other projects and would work on our floors randomly for several weeks (which is understandable because they seem very busy). Great communication on when they would come back to finish the work. The only disappointment was that the baseboard/trim nails holes weren’t covered up.”
