The service was excellent. Expertise was shown as our vehicle was serviced.
My husband worked in quality control & is very observing at neatness & cleanliness. He noticed while we were paying our bill that the service area of the garage was very clean & neat. That was definitely a plus for him. Thank you for quality care in your GMC service garage.

I'm keeping my original review below for folks to look at, because if you're only looking for a decent initial purchase experience, this is your dealership. However, If you're looking for a dealer to partner with for the long-haul of vehicle ownership, absolutely steer clear of the folks at Dearth Buick GMC in Monroe, WI. Please don't hesitate to message me with any questions, my experience with them the last 2.5 years has been incredibly disappointing. Bare minimum effort is what their employees consistently exhibit.I'll share two examples below, but have at least two more if folks want to message me.Two weeks into ownership, my tailgate started opening on its own. I made an appointment, and instead of replacing the faulty switch, the "technician" put a hair dryer to the switch to dry it, and sent me on my way. 3 days later, the tailgate was opening on its own again. When I called, I was told I needed to bring the truck back for another diagnosis and the dealership wouldn't just order the part...yes, the part they previously "fixed." Rather than make the 40 minute drive, I just ordered the switch and replaced it myself. Most recently, a check engine light appeared on my dash. I scanned it, checked basics related to the code, and determined the problem was likely a fuel pressure switch in my gas tank. Although my truck now has about 53,000 miles, I didn't worry, though, as I'd purchased a 120k mile extended warranty from Dearth when the truck was new that was verbally described as an extension of my factory warranty.Of course, the warranty, purchased directly from Dearth, didn't cover this part. Rather than go to bat for me with THEIR warranty company, the tone quickly turned to "did you read the exclusions in the warranty?" Although suspected in several other conversations since my purchase, I knew then that Dearth has no interest in working with their customers after the initial purchase. I was simply directed to service to make an appointment for diagnosis.Sidenote: I worked with a local dealer for this repair, and they immediately worked with GM and the warranty company for me. My out of pocket expense for this repair was reduced by 75%, and met with an apology from a GM representative.I have several other examples to share, but this review has rambled enough already. Reach out to me if you're considering working with Dearth.Original review:I couldn't have had a more positive experience purchasing my first new vehicle. Because of a production shortage of Heavy Duty pickups, my salesperson, Dan Perdue, suggested that if I could be patient, ordering a truck would likely be my best bet. From the initial ordering process, to keeping me updated with the build, to working around my work schedule to allow me to take delivery of the truck as soon as possible, Dan and the rest of the employees at Dearth treated me with respect the entire way through. There were no pricing games at Dearth, and no surprises at delivery; everything played out just as Dan said they would when I placed my order.Taking things to another level, Dan and his partners even accommodated a couple special requests, without making me feel like I was wasting their time or being a pain.If you're in the market for a new vehicle, all I can say is Dan Perdue and Dearth Buick GMC made making an expensive purchase incredibly fun, exciting, and stress-free. I'm truly looking forward to continuing this relationship.

You need to be careful i bought a car from here 2 months ago and within the first month i had problems they did not check the water strips when they sold it to me and it caused the module inside to fry which was a additional 1500(i did not have my car for another month while i waited for them to fix it). My lights were not working and that was spotted the day after i had it so i believe that was a problem that was going on before that. They gave me 2 loaners while i was waiting for my car to fix and each one had a issue with it. check engine light would come on instantly and always had low tire pressure 1 vehicle had something wrong with the coolant system too so i had a hard time wondering if the engine was going to fry. Each of the loaners they let me borrow had a for sale sign on it too. They told me that they took pride in the vehicles they sell, but to me it really seemed like they just got it up enough to sell and let the customers deal with all the real problems. I would Severely ⚠️ warn people to watch out.

Keith Riese, Mark Fields and team were excellent to work with. Even though my truck was on order for 16 months they did their best to answer questions that I had.
