Worst experience ever brought the car there told us 12 days for repair Was more like three weeks got the car back unfinished because they were incompetent and didn’t order everything that needed to be ordered, took it back. The rest of the parts got ordered picked up. The car bumper is not on at all. Looks like it was completely Jimmy rigged up. Plastic is still rubbing bumper is not on at. Do not recommend going here. Frank, the repair man is Unprofessional and disrespectful. Our insurance company even made a complaint to upper management about how unprofessional he was. Car has to go back to another shop after being gone at this shop for over a month to get fixed the correct way!!!!!!!!!

We hit a deer and car was taken here. They kept us updated well but that’s all they did good. We got our vehicle back and the hood sat at a an angle, our wheel well trim is not correct, there’s a chip in the corner of the hood, the fenders are not attached correctly and the paint from the hood all ran down and under so there’s big paint bubbles. Told them when they called car was losing coolant same where after we hit the deer and they said no it’s not and would not look into it. Once we called back to complain there was no apology, the manager got very angry with me and said the car looked better than new. I would never recommend the Monroe Wi gerber unless you want terrible finish work.

Brought my car here a year and half ago after hitting a deer, about a month later my bumper paint was chipping and my bumper itself was coming loose, not aligned under my driver side headlight. Called and talked to them about it, took it back in to get fixed, they said they had new staff and it was a staff problem and this time it would be fixed properly. Wrong. Got my car back a second time, it’s clear the paint touch up was done with a brush. It was clumps of white paint over the chipped spots. Unacceptable. My passengers side wheel well cover was missing?! Then once again within six weeks my bumper was coming loose on my drivers side and of course the shotty paint job was once again chipping and worse than before. Absolutely ridiculous. Would not recommend. What a headache.Services: Painting

Jerry and the whole staff were absolutely amazing. Everything was done in a timely manner. They went above and beyond their job description. The body work on my vehicle looks awesome! Plus they even detailed my vehicle!! Awesome company all around.
