The service is extremely slow, staff seem confused most of the time. When you call to check on a prescription, tell them the name of what you are picking. They say it will be ready at a certain time, you get there to pick it up and they tell you they don't carry it. No one called to tell me this. Wasted half a day waiting for it. Would have been nice to know. Do better.

Mike and the pharmacy in general deserve 5 stars, but several times I've found the woman who usually answers the phone to be unfriendly and even condescending. She does not at all represent the reason I use this pharmacy in the first place, which is personalized service and friendliness.
