Every time I have an interaction with the Monroe h and r block, the staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable. Fayth knows her stuff and can get me the best refund. She is so polite, and it is a pleasure to see her every year.

I was charged double after one of their employees made major errors in filing out our State and Federal taxes, multiple errors noted. Another tax agency was excellent at fixing all of the errors and was kind and professional at completing all my requests. Used H & R Block for years and we are very disappointed, they tried to blame things on the covid...unacceptable! And we will not be using H & R Block no more from now on.
