I had been a customer for years. They had been a good, until the past 6 - 12 months. This month I finally switched. The problem for me was partly their lack of communication among themselves. I would talk to an employee to be told one thing; but the next employee would have no idea what I was talking about. Example: I was⁰9⁹⁹ told "I'll have those ready for you tomorrow". But, I would arrive the next day, they weren't ready and no one knew what I was talking about. Another part is they are horrible about answering the phone, then they don't return calls when you. "Drive-up" is a joke. There isn't a Drive-up if they don't answer their phone, or they tell you it will be as least 30 minutes before they can bring it out. There are more things, but I'll stop here.

Always professional, very nice atmosphere, very nice personnel. They’re always there to help you in with whatever you need. They’re the most nicest caring Pharmacy that I have ever been to. I would never use another pharmacy besides SSM Health Monroe pharmacy, there are the greatest.

The pharmacy is open 7 days a week making it a convenient place to get your prescriptions filled. Pricing is very competitive to other local pharmacies and most often less than the big box pharmacies. It only take last one call to get pricing. The average wait time is around 15 minutes unless you go during a busy time. It works great to have your provider send your prescriptions to this pharmacy and stop on your way out of the clinic. They have some great services that others don't offer - medsync (pick up all of your prescriptions at the same time and automatic refills) and medbox packaging for those who take a lot of medication and need help. The staff truly gets to know you and tries to make sure you're well taken care of. Although they don't accept savings cards (goodrx), they do accept manufacturers copay savings cards. If you need assistance with that, they will help.
