Monroe Public Library is a welcoming place with friendly staff and convenient hours, open till 8 p.m. most nights. It offers a variety of services, including a book sale with affordable titles and the chance to view framed art. The library has a cozy, homey feel and provides easy public printing at 15 cents per page, even without a library card. While the book and movie selection is limited, there are many magazines and plenty of computers available for use.
Calm and welcoming place. I always forget the book return is between the two sets of doors though. There's also a return on the outside of the building near the pickup cabinet/boxes so I use that when I'm in a rush.
