Average auto parts store. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable if you get the right person . I usually look up what I need online and have a part number before I call or show up to avoid confusion. I did warranty a turbo feed line, and was given the exact same one I returned 5 months earlier due to missing parts. It was still missing the same parts…….. I was not impressed.

The two guys that were working Sunday 7/31 we're SO helpful and really got us out of a jam. The Manager (I forgot his name, Riz?) Took a lot of time to help solve our problem even came out to the parking lot to look at the issue my husband was having with a coolant leak. Very nice, very professional and when I had to come back for another part, he was just as courteous to me as he was earlier with my husband. Top notch service is rare to find these days and these guys went above and beyond!! Great work and thank you!

Pretty upset with the O'Reillys while the person I talked to was very nice they estimated me at $179 for a new car battery and said they wouldn't even install it for me so I went to badger it cost me $125 there and they even installed it for me and no extra cost, so while I think O'Reillys employees are very nice the prices are ridiculous save yourself the money and go to badger express

Competive priced. Getting like all other Auto parts stores, rely to much on stock in a computer.
