This should be a 1 star review for the bakery at the Pick N Save in Monroe, but the manager on duty, Brennan, made things right.
I ordered a cake a week prior to needing it. I was told by two people who work there that the timeline was no concern. I went to pickup my cake, 45 minutes before my event, only to be rudely treated by the employee in the bakery and them not have my cake ready. No phone call to let me know this would be the case. I spoke with Brennan and he made things right by allowing me to pick a cake free of charge. He is the only reason this review, pointed towards the bakery, is not a single star.
As for the people I worked with for balloons, they were phenomenal and I have zero complaints. I would highly recommend them!

They just went through a redesign of the inside which has really made pick and save a great shopping experience. If you haven't stopped by the meat department and met Mike it's worth a trip just to see him. He'll make you smile no matter how bad of a day you're having. He also can help you with anything you're looking for

There’s only ever one worker working the deli and the deli workers always act like you’re bothering them by going to the deli. There’s been numerous times I unfortunately have to go to the deli and only one person is running it while 2 or more employees just walk back and forth not helping customers as the line continues to form. The deli employee are never approachable and 9 times out of 10 you have to find someone on the floor to call an employee because they’re always just hiding out in the back. I spent 19 minutes and 45 seconds at the deli for 2 things because it took multiple employees to understand what I was asking for. Mind you it was 2 pounds of ham and 1.5 of turkey. It should never ever take that long especially when there was only me to attend to.

This is a clean and organized grocery store. My favorite part is the fresh produce area. They have a good selection of nice produce. My least favorite thing about this store is they have sale signs all over the store, but if you don't have their reward card AND their reward app on your phone, then you don't get all those wonder discounts.
