The entire service department is great. I was in yesterday and Mike greeted me by my first name, knew what I was there for, and gave me an update on a refund I am expecting for a recall. I work in customer service and even though this seems small to some, it really makes a difference in service provided.

I was in the market for the new Cross Hybrid, found one here at Ruda. I worked with JJ who reserved it for me, gave me a fair price, which is msrp in this market (some are charging over msrp). JJ was very honest and professional and kept me up to date on delivery status. Then I worked with Tracy on the purchase who was also professional, efficient and responsive. Great experience….I live outside of Chicago.

I can not Express enough how wonderful our experience was at Ruda. Bob was so great and so was Tracy walking us through the entire process. We spent weeks dealing with rude, argumentative, and sadly lying sales people and their managers from Delavan to Madison. I wish we would have started with Ruda. I also wish I could give 10 stars. Thank you so much!

I typically don’t write reviews for anything but I had a really great experience purchasing my Toyota Venza at this dealership. I worked with JJ, Tracy, and Tony and they were all very nice and helpful and responded very quickly through phone and email. This was the easiest car buying experience ever. I’ve already recommended them to people I know looking to purchase a Toyota. I will definitely be back here again in the future.

Wife’s 2021 4 Runner was in for 3 days for a warranty job, which turned out to be a simple reset from Toyota. When we got the car back today, it absolutely reeks of cigarette smoke. We have quite the snow storm coming tonight so we can’t air it out and therefore can’t be used by us until we can get the windows down for a few hours.Very, very disappointing.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with our purchase from Bill Ruda and one of their salesmen JJ. This is not my wife's first purchase from Ruda and I don't believe it will be our last either! Fair price, fair negotiation and we were very pleased with how clean the used vehicle was when we took over ownership!

Sales individual was friendly but finance woman was very rude. She rolled her eyes on more than one occasion when I asked questions. The deal was almost complete but I walked out, entirely because of her. I'm sorry to the gentleman who took time to help me, but I cannot support a business that treats me like a child. It's too bad I drove an hour there and an hour back to have an experience like that.

I've been going to Ruda for around 3 years now and for the most part they have been great to work with. Unfortunately they broke an oil filter housing and decided to pass their negligence onto the customer. Not only that, they decided to also charge us for the labor involved to replace their carelessness. When talking with them I asked if they broke my window while working on my vehicle would they also have me "pay" for the parts and labor... **crickets,** they could not answer my question.After some pleasant back and forth they took the labor off and said I had to pay for the part because "I am responsible for my vehicle." This left me utter dumbfounded and I decided to eat the NEW bill and get my vehicle back (they were holding it hostage because I hadn't paid yet).I have never in my life seen a better display of not taking responsibility for ones actions. I was utterly shocked in disgusted when I was told "I am responsible for my vehicle," and therefore would have to pay for something that I had in NO way a part in breaking, installing or manufacturing...We got in touch with Toyota Headquarters, for whom my brother in law works for. They were very pleasant and explained that all dealerships should do what's best for the customer, and adhere by Toyota's highest standards, but in the same breathe, had stated they can not force a dealership to do anything as they operate individually.At the end of the day, it saddens me to see the lack of responsibility that has occurred, and more importantly the lack of compassion and understanding. I am downright insulted on how everything has been handled so far between Ruda and Toyota headquarters - something I never thought I would say of either entities....(Still waiting for this review to be posted by the owner...)

I would like to start out by saying this is my second purchase at Ruda. The first experience was amazing, I never felt pushed or rushed at all. That and their service(they stood 100% behind the warranty) department had me coming back! I was looking to downsize and to get better gas mileage and I got the pleasure to work with JJ. He was awesome and helped me with my purchase of my NEW 2023 Chevrolet TrailBlazer! I’m one happy customer! Thank you Ruda!

A check of A/C system, oil change and tire rotation was scheduled. A rodent nest was found and cleaned out. This required extra, but I was given the opportunity to return at another time. Decided to proceed. Delay was only an hour. Cost for all this was very reasonable. Great service and pleasant waiting area.
