I was verbally assaulted by a employee today around 11am over asking if I could cash a check I’m a disabled veteran and had a panic attack on the way home from the bank and I’m afraid to go back to the branch I had another potential customer for summit but he decided to not bank their I’m shocked and distressed from being attacked by that employee and wish I had some sort of restitution for my distress all an all just a terrible experience

Summit in Monroe I no longer recommend...asked me to mask up when, 1 I can't and 2 I've been inside before without one...I've been a summit customer for over 26 years, maybe time to go elsewhere with my accounts, my kids' accounts and my husband's....one where medical freedom is a choice...
