Just like many merchants in Monroe Wisconson. They just don't bother to call you back or they break promised appointments. They were supposed to come and give us an estimate at our home the first week in January. They no-showed us. They didn'tbother to call. We had several of theirsample tiles. We ended up dropping the tiles in front of their store. Guys you can do better.Go somewhere else trust me you don't want to do business with these folks.

The staff was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were able to come out and do our floors in a timely manner, but seemed unorganized as to complete the work, they were in between several other projects and would work on our floors randomly for several weeks (which is understandable because they seem very busy). Great communication on when they would come back to finish the work. The only disappointment was that the baseboard/trim nails holes weren’t covered up.

Gave my information to come out and measure for a bathroom remodel. The gentleman said he would for sure be out that same week. No call, no show. Shoppers beware!

We couldn't choose grey, and we couldn't choose gold, Zersen's helped us choose bold! The cats love sitting there at night, so good they don't blend in! Cat owners know the challenge. So glad we found this sample. It is good quality too, so won't show the wear.

Zersen Flooring was our first and final flooring store to visit for our fairly small flooring job in New Glarus WI. Personnel were friendly and knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about our experience in working with them. Mistakes and accidents happen anytime people are involved but this company stepped up and made everything right. Definitely recommend Zersen Flooring.

Return my phone call quickly and got me a bid right after they measured the place. They may not be the cheapest but they do a good job I've had them do other places before. I was happy with the work.

The folks at Zersen were great. They were helpful, let us explore on our own, but also came by to help after letting us explore. They are knowledgeable about they're products as well. They are very open to letting you take usefully big samples home instead of the small chips you get at other stores.
