Only quik trip trying to charge me 50 cents with my fried chicken. Didnt even get 2, literally 1 sauce and they tried to charge me more. I won't be back to this location.

Went into Kwik Trip on my way to work this morning 3/18, about 3:30 a.m., and was so disappointed. They normally have a great selection of breakfast sandwiches, and other hot items. Well this morning the egg rolls and hot dogs looked like they had been there a week! The cashier was her usual polite self, she always is. but I felt bad for her, didn't see any other employees unless they were in the kitchen. I hope this isn't how its going to be now that Carol retired, she always kept a nice store. I will go back, just hope they were having an off morning.

Diane was super rude to my little sister screaming at her and in the process yelling in my ear! She needs help with her customer service and over all human decency she should be ashamed the way she treats people

Kwik trip in Montello admittedly overcharged my card by $150.63 and has "attempted" to refund me ONLY $109.04, without providing any explanation of what happened, when all I had purchased that day was less than $20 worth of merchandise.
After dealing with a manager and the store leader, I have been talked over, interrupted, screamed at, and directly called stupid by the store leader, Cherly.

To the lady who complained about chicken not being done. When chicken is fresh, it is pink by the bone and elsewhere. It's fresh chicken. Apparently the chicken your use to wS not FRESH CHICKEN. It was probably processed. I see this mistake made and commented on a few other reviews. I am sorry that you didn't eat it, cause it's one of the best and few places yo actually go and get fresh cooked chicken. Thank you.q

The Montello kwik trip staff go out of their way to help me load our orders and are fast and kind during the construction they where amazing. Our households really enjoy the bread and eggs.
