Piers Plus handled a difficult outboard situation for me. The motor would stall only when it was 85 degrees and above/ randomly with no error codes. John worked with the motor manufacturer to make a couple steps and solved the problem. I greatly appreciate the help especially as I did not purchase the motor there. Thank you for solving my problem.

Bought a hunting blind from them today, great price, this exact model was hundreds of dollars cheaper than at fleet farm, and we would much rather give our money to a local company so it was a win for everyone. They met us at a time that worked for us on the weekend, and the guy was very friendly and loaded it on our trailer by himself, our 7 year old thought he was like the hulk with how strong he was, he helped my fiancé strap it down for the ride home and we couldn’t have been more pleased. We can’t wait to put it up for next years hunting season and many more to come.

We purchased a pontoon two years a go and the motor unfortunately had a fatal event.Piers Plus had a used motor that matched my needs so I contacted right away. Patti was fantastic to meet when we arrived. Her knowledge and experience was impressive and she was fun to work with.We purchased the used 90 HP Evinrude. The price was within to a bit lower to other market comps, so we felt good about the purchase. We were quoted about a week to do removal and install, and they were done with the work earlier than expected. During the new motor install, Patti called and recommended we get a detail as the previous owners had let mold and dirt saturate the seats. We agreed and ordered that as well.The day we came to pick up the boat was simply amazing and transformational. We got to meet Dawn who detailed our boat. The seats went from dreary and mold spotted to blindingly shining white. We literally cried looking at our pontoon- it looked brand new and the transformation was simply exceptional. It was money well spent. We literally hugged her and had tears from her incredible work. Well done!!We then spent about a half hour with John who went over all the details of the new motor install to help us learn the ins and outs of it and to always be at peak performance. He was awesome to spend time with and his knowledge and help was above and beyond anything we expected.Our pontoon is back in the water and performs great and flawless. The appearance and detailing increased the overall value of our boat significantly and I can't begin to thank the entire staff of Piers Plus enough for such a wonderful experience.The thought of changing the motor at the beginning of this journey was stressful and scary but in the end, it was care free as well as actually fun and exciting.I cannot express how awesome Piers Plus is to watercrafts and if you need service or detailing, you will definitely do well here.They are now our service provider and will be for a long time going forward.Thank you Piers Plus!!!Services: Boat cleaning

Never hired them before. Probably not now after yesterday. Own a lake lot about 1/8 mile from our house. Very gentle slope and can drive to the lake shore. Perfect for a roll a dock. We bought a new 48 foot in the spring. Went down there yesterday to cut the grass. Piers Plus was there and I saw my pier hanging from their barge hoist. They went to the wrong address and started pulling my pier. Twisted it, but i think I can fix it. They put it back and then headed to the correct address which was a mile away. Why would you hoist out a pier that has wheels?
