Frozen sausage bought from my Asian Food Mkt in Monona.Cooked it and crumbled it in my egg roll stuffing OMG the lemon grass, ginger and hot pepper just literally killed it in my homemade egg rolls! Going back for more. Fresh and lean! Loved it!
