Horrible experience.... we had to pick up our truck at a uhaul dealer and obtain a lock box, however in order to get the code you need Internet access and we were out in the booneys! Called customer service 3 times, on the third call the lady was like oh anyone could of gave you the code sorry for your troubles -- 2 hrs later when we already had movers coming to help and get packed up to be on the ride the next day .. when we got to our destination the keys got accidently locked in vehicle we had insurance and called them the next day after we got someone out to unlock it. I contacted uhaul and they said I should get reimbursed since we had the insurance just needed to talk to the manager. I left voice messages and emails to the manager never got a response back and they never reimbursed us for the cost. We will never do business again with them when it comes to a long distance move this was the worse!

Wanted the 9ft truck and they alright. Then called to see if we can come pick it up and they say we could get it so we got you the bigger one. Well never be going back to this place ever again.
