I worked with Nicole at the Mosinee branch. Nicole was so helpful answering questions about my mother's account. Nicole went aboveand beyond calling the right people to get the answers we needed to complete mom's estate. Nicole even worked a few minutes past closing time to help us get the final account closed.Her customers service skillsgo above and beyond any normal experience but extraordinary. Thank you Nicole for a job well done.

Called and got Allie R. What a wonderful experience. She was so polite and explained everything to myself & my friend helping me to purchase a car. Everything was done that day, when we went to purchase vehicle at dealership fax over sales agreement and the next day monies were in my account. She explained the extended warranty and Gap coverage to me saved me over $1000. from what the dealership offered me plus the benefits were better with Credit Union than the dealership. Absolutely a Wonderful experience considering I have never bought a vehicle by myself nor did it totally over the phone and internet. Would HIghly Recommend Allie if looking to get a loan for what you may need!!!

Their web site does not have all the benefits of the larger banks, but what they do have is people that are willing to answer all your questions. Valley Communities Credit union see there costumers as people not just an account number.

First off, I want to say that the staff are absolutely wonderful - super helpful and kind to work with!However, the actual banking end is a bit frustrating. I've had my accounts for about a month now after having to change institutions due to lack of confidence in confidentiality/security. First off, their online banking doesn't allow me to view balances/transactions of the custodial accounts I have from my own login. I have to log into each of those accounts separately to view any of that. Secondly - I'm of a generation where mobile and digital banking has really become a life saver. With VCCU however, I cannot utilize my account for Venmo or PayPal transactions as I get notifications that the bank has denied them. Incredibly frustrating. If I'd want to pay someone digitally, I'd have to use the PopMoney service through their Bill Pay platform which 1) Bill Pay charges a fee if you don't utilize it at least once a month and 2) PopMoney use has a fee from VCCU associated with it (frankly I've used PopMoney before and find it slow and clunky). I don't care how small the fee may be - I shouldn't have to pay to utilize my money.. especially when I don't have to with other banks and these digital payment platforms.I chose VCCU to switch to because I enjoy credit unions and they had locations that would give me easier access to my accounts. However, I find their banking institution quite dated in it's practices and banking platforms. Hopefully they'll update things and come around.

My son just opened an account at Valley Communities Credit Union and Nicole M was outstanding. She helped him get everything set up and gave him good information to get started. She even walked him through their online banking. Nicole M was friendly and helpful. Thank you so much!

I always, ALWAYS, have a good experience at this credit union. Every single staff member I have worked with is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional while still being so personable. Today I worked with Nicole M. to set up my son's savings account. She was so helpful to me and her other coworkers as the lobby became busy. I could not speak highly enough of my experience today. :)

VCCU was there to help me with a home loan when I left my bank and became a member in the early 1980's. They continue to this day with great service. My recent RV loan was a great experience. Becky was very efficient and helpful. The entire process was quick and effortless on my part. VCCU continues to provide the customer service you can only get from a Credit Union.
