Service is good. I go to Sloans mostly for Stihl chainsaw parts & they have most things in stock. If they have to order anything from the Stihl warehouse it usually arrives within 1 week.

I worked with Sloan for the first time these past couple of weeks trying to obtain parts for 30+ year old John Deere lawn mower, and both Ivan and Caleb in the Parts Department were great. They could not have been more helpful, treating me like I was a big, commercial customer, helping me find the right parts, troubleshooting the situation, and sorting out issues with the Deere corporate parts website. I will absolutely use them every chance I get going forward and recommend you do the same.

Just left with a X370. Very friendly staff and easy to work with. Definitely worth the 2 hour round trip travel time. If you are looking to get a John Deere go see Mark, he will set you up.
