Stopped in to see why some text messages could not be sent. The young man at the store today was able to fix it for us in a short period of time. He was kind, considerate and proficient.

We stopped by and we're helped by Yael. He was able to not only help us complete what we went in to do, but was able to show us that the plan we were on was not the best option, and set us up with a better suited one, and explained why it was better. He was very thorough and made sure we left happy!
