I don't even know where to start. It's not just one location. It's every single one. My meds are always out of stock and since it's the only pharmacy my insurance will cover, I can only go there. It's not just my medications. It's my entire family. Doesn't matter the type either. My daughter waited almost an entire month for her medication. As soon as my insurance allows for a different pharmacy I will be taking my business elsewhere. When confronted I got the old song and dance from the Verona location. The pharmacy is closed more than it is open and even then the employees can not handle being questioned. Mount Horeb has one employee who really needs to find a new place of employment. This is not the store, it's the pharmacy.

Great experience today at Walgreens. Had what I wanted. Bought some extras at a good deal. Actually forgot something when leaving, came back about a half hour later, and they had saved it for me.

The automated system needs a HUGE OVERHAUL, and they need to get a bit better at calling customers.
My fiance and I had to drive to 3 different locations to try and get his prescription, only to find out at the 3rd Walgreens that the 2nd one had filled the order.
No one bothered to call him, so now we are driving back all the way to the 2nd one, when we were in that town earlier.
It's not just this location, it's the other ones as well.
I can be understanding, it's a drug that's short in stock, but please, make sure that the systems are better synced.(We were told at the 1st location that the prescription was at the 3rd location, none was available at the 2nd)
This was ordered this morning at 8:40am the order was placed, and it's 5pm now.
The staff did try their best, so I do not lay much blame on them.
Update at 5:14pm
Mount Horeb actually had his prescription, and we are finally able to go home.
Need to do better, Walgreens.
Make life easier for your employees and customers, PLEASE.

I was at Walgreens today, the manager was very helpful but looked very ill to the point where she shouldn’t have been there. Do they know how dangerous that can be? She looked miserable. Companies should not be letting employees go to work sick where they can infect customers and other employees.

Horrible customer service here. Girl locked the front door before closing time, and seen me knocking on the door... then proceeded to run away with the cash drawer. We even called to say we were coming and arriving just before closing.

I love the walgreens here dont get me wrong but today i went to get photos because i went to see my grandma in mount horeb as i live in verona a lady with glasses and red hair i couldnt see her nametag it was flipped rudely told me to wait for the conformation email that my photos are ready i wasnt going to go from mount horeb to verona back to mount horeb just for pictures i live in verona as stated and im not wasting gas everyone else at this walgreens is super sweet

Pharmacy is never open and if they actually are will just randomly close in the middle of the day for the rest of the day.

Young man at the front checkout is terrible with his customers. He has this tendency to hold the bags hostage as if the customer is going to take off with the items. One time as he was holding my items behind the counter while I was running my card he dropped them all over the floor. No apology, didn’t say hello just my total. Not a good fit for a customer service roll.

This has to be my favorite walgreens. I don't have many problems with the pharmacy. I used to have problems at other ones and am so glad I live near this one. I used to be spoiled in another state where they had 24 hour pharmacy. That took some getting used to. Whoever orders the holiday stuff totally rocks! I love looking at the seasonal aisle and finding neat gifts. The candy aisle is dangerous. I wish there were more puzzle books to choose from. The people here work hard. I very much appreciate doing business with these folks.
