Went in for my husky’s groom and was extremely satisfied with the results. Terri got to know and built a little connection before jumping straight to the groom. My pup looks and smells great! Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Well what could I say except they really helped Oliver by Pitbull. He's all white and he has a lot of issues with his kid and allergies. I've taken him to four different veterinarians throughout Racine, franksville, etc. Everybody just wanted a patch things up keep things under control. They never wanted to cure him except for Angel Care. Thank you guys so much! I can't thank you guys enough

We had been taking our dog there for the past year for IBD and some other issues. It was a very stressful time and we could not get it under control. Dr. Limpach would yell at us and tell us we did not know what we were doing and we did not, we were new at this. Well last week our dog, Kirby, got really sick so we dropped him off by her and she called me and told me he was really sick and anemic and that we should take him for a bunch of other tests, etc but we had already spent nearly $5000 on him doing test, ultrasounds, endoscopy, etc. and he was not getting better so I asked her is she would put him to sleep and she said she would but then she yelled at me on the phone that if we ever got another dog she would highly suggest pet insurance. So she was in the middle of moving the hospital over to the resort and she said we could come after 3 and see him and take him to get some ice cream, etc before she put him to sleep, well she didn't call until almost 4:30 and said we could come there and meet her back at the old office at 7 that night, there was one room left that they didn't take apart yet and that her and her assistant Terry would just throw is body in the freezer afterwards. I mean come on, a little cold room in an empty building and then proceed to tell us that they would throw him in the freezer? I understand they have to keep the body cold until they can pick it up but she didn't have to tell us that the way she did. So we just took him home and then the next day he got worse so we took him to WVRC and they were so compassionate and helpful to ease our minds that we were doing the right thing. So I texted Dr. Limpach later that night and told her that we took him there and had him put to sleep and she did not even text back to say she was sorry or anything!! I thought people that took care of animals are supposed to have compassion and care about the patients as well as the family. Then I put down $150 towards the euthanasia before we decided not to do it there and she is only refunding me $30. She said the office visit was $70 and a day in the hospital was $50. In the hospital????? For what? He just sat in a kennel all day until she had time to briefly look at him and they gave him water. I would NEVER take an animal back to Dr. Limpach if their life depended on it! I would drive miles if I had to in order to get way better care. One of the rudest and cold people I have ever met in my life.

Angelcare? Not so much.Difficult cumbersome portal to attempt to enter pet practice. Slow and Aloof chat system refuses treatment of Doberman 2 days past 10 weeks old due to their poor appointment book control ( "no availability for 2 weeks" ...."so we cannot treat your puppy") If you are looking for customer care and being valued as a client...KEEP LOOKING!

The staff are always courteous and caring when I board my two cats here. I have used their service several times for Miles and Cherry; never unhappy. I've used other services and had unsatisfactory results. At Angel Care, they understand cats and the nurturing care needed. I'm happy to recommend them!

most people don’t get to see as far into the building as i did, as i had an interview here. i don’t want to speak too too poorly on the staff, as they may just be in over their heads with the place. i have to say, when i went into the basement area where procedures are done and animals are kept, i was a little nauseated. it was cold, dim, and dingy, but the part that saddened me most was the area that the animals were kept in after procedures i believe. it looked so depressing, comparable to a setup that an irresponsible backyard breeder may have. the bottoms of the crates appeared to be some sort of plastic milk crate material possibly? nothing fit for recovering animals. not to mention it was dark, dirty, and cramped. there was one poor dog in there that was taken outside to go potty, and the area that it was taken to was a small fenced area with just gravel. the office area downstairs was also a terrible mess. i cried on my way home from the interview because i was truly saddened by the conditions. i don’t want to judge the staff, maybe they’re doing their best to help animals with the space that they have, but i would NEVER bring an animal of my own there, and feel bad for others that end up there. i also think it’s disgusting that ear cropping is offered here, which i hadn’t known prior, but to each their own. i’m not here to be malicious, just to inform before anyone unknowingly brings one of their fur babies here. in no way am i implying that the staff would mistreat the animals as far as i know, but the conditions were saddening.

Every time our family travels, AngelCare is our one and only choice for our dog, Rosie. She is so happy there— plenty of playtime and a staff that truly loves their “residents.”

I would suggest only going to this office when you can accompany your pet..I don't know what went on behind those cold, eerie doors but my cat (who's a bit...derpy but very happy and friendly?) came back out aggressive and mean...the poor fella was stressed out so badly it brought out the herpes virus and he's been sick now for a week..I will never go back there with or without sticking by my cats side..

Dr. Limpach tells you straight up. No mixing words with her. She told me my doggie Kobe was obese and it was my fault. I appreciated her honesty. Everything she was telling my was true. She gave me a plan of action and I followed it. It has been 2 weeks and Kobe has lost 2 pounds. He has got a ways to go but he is getting the tr e. As long as we follow Dr Limpachs instructions. Way to go Angelcare Team!!!! Carol

I’ve been taking my vet hating German Shorthair to Dr Limpach since he was a puppy, almost 5 years. She does a wonderful job with him and my other animals. Not only is she fabulous, her staff at the clinic and at the pet resort are just wonderful. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy and comfortable with the care your pet(s) are receiving. I would definitely recommend Angelcare.

I had almost lost hope about having my nearly 16 year old cat shaved! Most places would not touch him! When I called Terri at Angelcare she immediately set my mind at ease. I could feel the compassion in her voice. She did an amazing job on our Johnny and will be highly recommended by us!! And Johnny is feeling so much better without all those nasty Matt's!

Dr. Limbach is straight forward and knowledgeable. She’s also willing to work with people and just wants what’s best for all parties. She was highly recommended by my mom and I’m glad I went to see her.

They took great care of our dogs with little notice after we moved to the area from California. Thank you!
