Horrible! Went there end of December 2023. Had xrays quick exam and followed up with their deep cleaning. Already had care credit for my pets. They billed care credit over $800 for services including services not yet done. All services were covered 100% by my insurance have the eobs to prove it. Went into the office they refunded part of what they got to care credit. Went in a second time the business manager wouldn't fix the remainder refunded. I have talked to their business office and billing and insurance office and got the run around. They actully sent me an invoice saying I owed $$ even though documented proof shows otherwise and i am due a refund. I am now contacting WI DOJ-consumer filing a complaint., my dental insurance to file a complaint along WI dental assocation, BBB and if need be will be filing court actions against them. They are a scam, double bill, will try to bill for services not done.

Very friendly staff and Denist and assistant. I felt at ease and comfortable. Definitely go there again:)

Had a VERY quick “fix “ to a pain. The dental nurse took my bottom denture, took it ti the repair lab, returned it to me with the problem solved!! Thanks so-o much !!!

It has been 9 weeks since my scan to get my motto trays and I still don't have them. They told me I would have them in 3-4 weeks after the scan and that was false. They removed my permanent retainers on January 11thand did the scan and I ow can feel my teeth shifting now as I still don't have my motto trays. I want what I and my insurance has paid for now. This is ridiculous. I want my motto trays and system. 9 weeks to wait is absolutely ridiculous.

Had an early appointment, took receptionist 20+ minutes to even acknowledge I was there. Then had to fill out forms. The woman doing the x-rays was nearly on the run the whole time and that was impressive. The dentist was slow going but effective. Receptionist was either just slow or still learning the system. The appointment was just for a qoute on the cost of an implant or bridge. It took more then an hour.

It was OK I had to wait a little bit longer for my appointment and then when I got there I got the x-rays which went fine but then I went back to the room where I thought I was getting a cleaning and I did not get any cleaning because the dentist told me that they didn’t have a hygienist at that time I don’t know if they don’t have a regular hygienist after 5 o’clock but I felt that was a waste of my time, and I had to pay out-of-pocket for some stuff that the insurance did not cover

WARNING!!!! ASPEN DENTAL ARE SCAMMERS!!!! Visited the Aspen website and saw their advertisement for a "Simple Tooth Cleaning" - I called the number on the website and spoke to their person to whom I stated very clearly "I am calling in regards to your website ad for a simple tooth cleaning - is that available at your Mount Pleasant (Wisconsin) site? " The response was "yes". So I further expounded - "OK...let me be very, very clear...so I show-up at your practice at the scheduled time and a dental hygienist will administer the advertised "Simple Tooth Cleaning" after which I will pay you the advertised amount and leave - correct?" To which the phone person said "yes" - so I made an appointment. Arriving at the Mount Pleasant location I checked-in saying "I'm here for my simple tooth cleaning" - the front desk person replied "We don't have a hygienist here today". I showed her my iphone displaying my appointment AND their advertisement for a Simple Tooth Cleaning". She further replied "oh, that's just our service - we can get you in for x-rays and schedule a cleaning later. Pointing to my iphone I repeated "this isn't what you stated in your confirmation!!!! Again the response was "we can get you in for x-rays today and then schedule a cleaning for a later date". I said 'how can I trust anything you say if you felt it was good practice to sucker me in for a tooth cleaning" - and left the building.

Went there today. 2/26/24. Everyone was nice and friendly. Good banter with everyone I spoke to. Give me a in depth review of my situation. Suggested options and gave me choices for them. I wanted the most economically available option. They found a way to make it happen. I will definitely go back to them for the future of my dentistry needs. Think about a Happiness Gift for your Dental Associates.

Went for a consultation for extractions and dentures. Staff was considerate and efficient. A bit pricey but we came up with several options with complete prices for me to take home and decide upon.Their discount plan is well worth it as helped to bring the cost down a lot.Don’t use the prices on the website though because they are not correct
